Nobody was shitting on Phil for having a girlfriend or being incredulous that he could get one, or anything like that. Most of the people shitting on him over it were shitting on him because a) it's Phil so anything he says that isn't immediately verifiable or backed up with proof has a 75% chance of being complete bullshit, exaggerations, or "little white lie" style twisted truths, amd b) it's really funny that he's legitimately hit the point where he's SomethingAwful-style bragging about "MY GIRLFRIEND" at every chance he can get. Honestly some of the people in this thread are less shocked and more chill about him having another girlfriend (how easy it is to get one, it's pretty natural as long as you arent acting like a complete cunt 99% of the time) than he is. And the fact that he pulled the whole, "I wanna keep her a secret! Keep her out of the streams!" and then once chat found out, or once he brought it up, he literally hasnt stopped mentioning her. It's almost too clingy. He might as well put her on stream at this point, shes more the focus now than any of the shitty games he plays.

Nobody is sperging over the fact that a guy in his 30s got a young girlfriend. People are sperging over the fact that dsp went from 'i am not going to reveal any details about my gf' to ' here's a creepy photo of my new 'girlfriend's head' We know how obnoxious dsp is on his regular streams and we all know how dsp acts and looks like when he puts an act on. The fact that people are speculating as to how a manchild who is entertained by birds eating trash has gotten a redhead to share the same room with him that is outside his house is nothing new on KiwiFarms. Why do you think dsp isn't streaming when she's visiting? Is it because he wants to spend time with her? IF that was the case, he wouldn't be bragging like a teen who saw women's nipple for the first time. We all saw how dsp acted with Leanna. Chances are, he doesn't want her to hear what he's really like on a regular day.Imagine if she was sitting in the house and all she hears is "FUCK THIS, cock sucker, this game is bugged, fuck the developers , this is F U N, fuck off, *SNORT* I need you guys to donate to me, i don't want to lose the house, i need money to pay my taxes". If she's not an actual fan, how do you think any women on this earth would react to hearing that?

But isn't it almost the same with Phil?

As far as I see it, he blatantly lied/exaggerated his tax/money situation to beg to his fans and spend that money to have a good time with his gf.
I actually don't really care whether she is 20, 30 or 40 years old, but it is interesting to speculate how much money exactly Phil is willing to spend on her while on the same time whining about his "lack of disposable income".

It's also possible that the right woman would smack him into line (seeing as nothing else has managed to do that). It's also possible that a child in Phil's life could change things.

that's what I thought was the real issue, not that he somehow landed one but that he posted a picture of her so soon after his huge rant about how he wouldn't. how he wouldn't involve her in his drama because that's what "she wanted." we all know phil is a lying hypocrite, it's fun to see it happen in real time.

now to see what else he'll slip up. he already mentioned getting nudes from her!

I disagree, Phil is nowhere near Wu, who somehow managed to fake their own harassment and many of their "qualifications" without getting called out on it.

They do have the same level of skill in video games though.

lol that's a relief. I was really starting to wonder when I had become the villain turned hero that needs to prove he isn't evil anymore trope. But in all seriousness I understand what you and @neural are saying, and since we're all in agreement on more things than not I'd rather leave it at that then. All I can say is I'm sorry if I sounded as if I was salty about the whole thing. I was trying to come off more rational instead of just jumping on every little thing, but I may not have succeeded as much as I had believed.

No clue how KG hasn't been banned yet. He's not too subtle with criticizing the guy on his own forums.
I remember Phil banning the previous forum's mods, estabilishing the narrative that they're some sort of traitors and he only let them hang out on the new ones because he's such a kind person.

On the side note, i've been trying to find a piece of "fanart" someone made. It was a drawing of
how DSP perceives the world around him, and it just seems perfect now with this new girl he's trying to show off

If that were the case. She would force him off youtube and into a "real adult" job.

Also I look at it this way. If Ron Jeremy could be a popular porn star and bang as many hot chicks as he did then Phil getting a gf with his looks probably isn't hard for someone with low standards, but we'll see how long that lasts after she moves in. After all he won't be able to hide his true self then.

Honestly, all things considered. The only way to tell if he never truly cared about Leanna would be the engagement ring. If he actually gets a quality ring for this girl, you’ll know that he cared about this girl way more than he ever did with Leanna.

Yeah it's coming for sure. DSP never learns. He thinks he's doing it differently because unlike Leanna he's not doing it all at once - Reveal of his girlfriend, who she is, first gameplay etc. and is doing it slowly, but thats not what he should have learned, what he should have learned is this shouldn't be public.

Overall I'm not that interested with who she is. I wasn't that interested with Leanna either but the thing about Leanna was she was boring as fuck. Holy shit she was not interesting unless it was something DSP related. Has anyone ever tried to sit through one of her vlogs? It's an endurance. So I figure it'll be similar to Leanna where there's not much interesting about her except for DSP antics which DSP will of course reveal anyways, plus she has even less of an internet presence than Leanna so I don't think there'll be much going on in her life thats interesting. Whenever Leanna got trolled she never really responded and just blocked them, I'm suspecting that this chick will do the same if she's even on twitter at all. When it came to Leanna the interesting part was never Leanna herself, which is what SoK failed to realise when they were tracking her down post break up and looking on her facebook, the interesting part about Leanna was just the DSP relationship antics that DSP supplied. I'm thinking the same applies here. Who cares on who she is or what she does, the interesting part is the DSP's girlfriend part and what DSP does regarding their relationship and how he approaches it and thats all supplied on his channel pretty much. She can remain faceless and nameless and the relationship antics will still be as lol-worthy as if we knew her name and face because the lolworthy stuff stems from what DSP says and does.

Regarding stuff said earlier about how DSP is more scrutinised and picked apart than other lolcows. I agree with what people were saying that a lot of lolcows get picked apart and scrutinised for tiny details, its the nature of lolcows. There are always people wanting to find that hit, that next bit of juicy information, that next big deal for everyone to talk about, that next potential thing to lol over. But I do think DSP is scrutinised more than others, not a lot more, but still more. I think it stems from the SoK line of thinking where they tended to pick apart everything and were all about the whole "get angry over tiny aspects of DSP" thing rather than sitting back and watching.
