This surprises me. By his own logic, aren't these other celebrities reaching out to this kid "making presentations" or whatever and thus potential targets for lolsuits? He throws a shitfit when Swift visits a disabled/old/dying fan but ignores him, but these other celebs are doing the same thing and he's totally cool with it. They're exactly like Taylor.

I theorize that Gal Gadot represents everything Rusty is afraid of when it comes to women. Not only does she portray an amazingly strong woman on the silver screen, she's also one in real life, having served in the Israeli military. She would never be the damsel-in-distress or princess locked in a tower that Russell dreams of rescuing. There's probably also some resentment because Gal has a very real, non-imaginary husband, and therefore has no desire to wake up each morning on a drool soaked mattress.

DC needs to write a comic where Wonder Woman and Taylor Swift fall in love, get together, and proclaim they are each other's one true love and everything they are looking for in a partner. Hopefulky that riles Russ up.

My question for you is on stalking. You and I both think he could hurt somebody. How did his stalking your roommate manifest itself?

Did he appear when he wasn’t invited, go though her stuff, call her constantly. Follow her? what type of stalking did your friend experience? Since he doesn’t drive, I’m wondering how it’s even doable.

Have you ever seen him angry? You said he was upset because a company let him go and kept a smoker-was he angry? Have you seen him yell? How does he show anger?

I also want to add that while Russtard has read here, he doesn’t seem to do it regularly. He still doesn’t know Taylor Olivia was a fake, for example. So I really don’t think he actually reads this thread the way we do. He may skim it and see a name or two. But keeping up with it? Nah, I don’t think he reads that well.

He would follow my roommate. He would follow her around campus, and to our apartment. If she went to Harmon’s (where he worked) he would follow her there too. What was crazy was that it was rare if he would make physical contact. He would just follow her. We lived in Downtown Salt Lake City, and he lived a block away from us. So he would walk around and follow her.

He would also message her non fucking stop.

I’ve dealt with him angry. He’s irrational even more when he’s angry. He was so angry with the company letting him go. He has explosive anger. His hands will ball up and he get so loud. It doesn’t take much lately to make him mad. I’m really concern that he will hurt someone. I am worried that a sex worker will go on a date with him, and simply not “understand him and the discrimination he faces” and he will hurt the sex worker. I don’t think he will actively go out to hurt someone, but I do worry for anyone that may just be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

This is interesting, can you share the time you dealt with him or perhaps some other choice stories you may have? Russell is pretty formulaic in his attempts to 'woo' people so I wouldn't be shocked if all his stalking stories are too repetitive to be of note, but he has a tendency to do the occasional dance or four hour date so if you have any stories of that type we'd love to hear them.

At this point he's burnt one too many bridges. People have tried, but he just ends up reeeeing and blocking them. As @NipplelessWoman said, his condition kinda gave him a free pass within the community to behave as he does without much intervention, and any intervention that did occur was too late and only hastened his decent down his rabbit hole.

I know he was in trouble at school for harassing women. We had another classmate who was sexually harassing two girls and myself, and so we went to the director. The director was worried we were there about Russell, but we weren’t. It was made clear that he was an issue too and to stay away from him.

His stalking/advances are super repetitive. He really believes that love is like a movie from the 80’s. If he makes a big splash of affection, then the girl will madly fall in love with him. And she will not notices Strokey’s face or his shitty personality.

Also, hes a terrible dancer. The college would have dances, and Crusty Rusty would fucking come to show his “killer moves.” The girls would just pray to the almighty Jehovah that he wouldn’t ask us to slow dance. But most girls complied because we really believed he was a super cool angel of god. And no one wants to be an asshole to God’s favorite idiot.
