Since at least 2012 DSP has always had a doomsday narrative. He will claim he wants smooth sailing without drama but he never reaches that point. He will think of some crisis to keep his viewers on edge and make it look like he's struggling.

I agree that he is always saying that the sky is falling. There are times when he will say, “Oh the stream or YouTube is better than ever let’s keep the positivity going” when his fans start to get a little negative. He uses some (very) occasional positive reinforcement. If it’s a goal he wants to do, like this Christmas “drunk” stream, moving his goals to twitch just takes some of the pressure off of him to make up a “mysterious anonymous donator” to save the goal. He just has to say “hey, we reached it!”

The absolute bottom line is this: Phil needs to have a romantic interest to justify not moving out of his home. He is more afraid of losing the house than losing a fiancé, and when almost everyone told him to downsize he "revealed" he's dating and suddenly on the verge of moving in to justify staying put

So she's gonna blame detractors for being detractors, but not Phil, who started this entire thing by goading us with hints about his girlfriend?? I'd say those pictures were basically him daring people to try and find her identity. If anyone, she should be pissed at Phil. He knew the people he was dealing with. He knew exactly how this was going to go down. Don't be mad at the mob, be mad at the person who armed them and riled them up.

And to comment on Phil's response, do you know the real reason why you have this dedicated base of people who hate you?? I'll give you a hint..sucking at video games isn't the half of it. It's because you're an asshole. One of the purest assholes to probably ever exist on the internet, tbh. Painting us all as single neanderthals and mindless sheep is completely unnecessary. You only do it for the same reason a grade school bully on the playground does, cause it makes you feel like a big boy. I have NEVER seen this kind of consistent behavior from anyone in your position. Maximilian has, on average, 5k-7k people attend his streams. That's viewership you'll only be able to dream of. I've been to dozens of his streams and not ONCE have I seen anyone banned from his chat or be nasty to other people. While you on the other hand can barely pull in 500 viewers, on any day that's not a premiere stream, and you regularly see at least a dozen people banned. You catch what you cast out Phil. Negativity.

Or be mad at both. It's not an either or situation; creepy dudes tweeting you constantly and Phil playing games, like both can be wrong.

The best, and worst, part about Phil having a girlfriend is that he won't shut up about it. Since a girlfriend, to him, is a trophy to be displayed, he will constantly talk about 'his girlfriend'. Which can be funny or grating. I can't wait until we get to the 'Yadda yadda yadda [Insert her name], my girlfriend yadda yadda yadda'.

Still, it's hard to fathom how he keeps scoring with at least decent looking girls(We haven't seen her face yet... she might be a butterface). I think we all can agree that younger girls tend to find older men attractive, but Phil isn't good looking, he isn't fit and... he isn't mature. He whines, he cries, he complains and thanks to his 'job' he is a public laughingstock. There're absolutely no perks to dating Phil, he doesn't even fall into the 'funny fat guy' stereotype. Well, maybe she has a crappy personality like Leanna.
Or maybe she's like Purrluna, Angry Joe had to fly her to his home and she only fucked him to grow her e-presence and make her streams popular.

I just hope that his fanbase realizes that they are getting milked dry so that DSP can flex his girlfriend on their faces.

Its genuine 13 year old behaviour. This is legit middle school kid's first girlfriend behaviour. "Well guys... I can't hang out with you tonight, as I'm hanging out with someone else. MY GIRLFRIEND." it's that kind of shit that we've probably all seen back in our teenage days. So you don't expect it from a 35 year old. Especially one that wants this relationship to be private and acknowledges that not doing so will cause consequences due to his public online persona.

It was discussed earlier but I forgot to reply to it but I'd like to see a chart for his patreon pledgees over time. It'd be interesting to see the plummets during: The cancellation of Project 7, The Persona 3 Ragequit, when Japanese games were banned, the Halloween Marathon "I'm gonna do a marathon anyways you're paying to choose the games LOLJK you gotta pay for the marathon now that I've noticed nobodys pledging" switcheroo and the Super Mario Sunshine ordeal, and see what caused the biggest drop. There's probably one out there.

I almost think the opposite - this is Phil's opportunity to completely ignore the urgent need to refresh his Patreon goals and perk levels at the expense of apparently pushing for more Twitch subs. Phil genuinely thinks more subs is better than more Patreon bux. He needs 80 (maybe more now he complained about losing some) more subs to get to 350 subs on Twitch before he'll even entertain the idea of doing a goal. So with $2.50 per sub going to Phil and 80 more subs, he's getting $200 a month to do a goal he was getting paid $1250 for on Patreon.
As far as I can track sub count (occasionally DSP states the number in chat or rambling on prestream etc.) he was down to 283 on November 29th, and has whined about "losing 35-40 subs" December 11th's prestream while he was away. This might put him all the way back down to ~250. Over the months DSP has claimed his sub count fluctuates from ~220 to ~270, so he could be back to a 250 average as before the TwitchCon stuff happened.
Before anyone goes 'didn't he get a LOT of subs last night?' not really when you average it out over SIX DAYS of time off. 2 subs while away, 16 subs during the CoDWWII stream... which is 3 per day, or would average to a pitiful 90 per month, not even close to the 250 he usually gets and now 350 he wants in January.
Another fun part of his 'it's about subs now!' push for January is... he won't get January subs money until mid-March. It's a 45 day delay for Twitch partners to get cheer/sub(/ad rev?) money from Twitch, DSP has implied he gets it mid month so it seems like he's about to receive all October's money soon, all November's money in mid January and then even this month's cheers/subs(/ad rev?) won't be received until mid February.
Look at the last few goals:

Mario Sunshine - absolute shit show about him refusing to play it
Halloween Marathon - absolute shit show, failed to meet goal level
Halloween Marathon - second time round, big anonymous donation meant he JUST hit the goal. Phil gets to buy a costume, act like a clown and do 6 hours of work.
PUBG - failed
Christmas Marathon - anonymous big donation and still nearly missed goal - Phils reward is he gets paid $1250 to drink alcohol and play games for 6 hours.
The Christmas big pledge was not anonymous, neither of the 'big' ones he hyped were. There was a $206 pledge by nolbert87 done during an NfS Payback stream, he cheered twice about it in that November 14th stream:
[21:27] <nolbert87> cheer50 I'm new to patreon I've never used it. Is there any way to pledge one time and not per month?
[21:42] <nolbert87> cheer10 ok so I just delete my pledge? because it looks like it took it away?
DSP confirms that pledge went through in the stream outro that day, stating the $206 total. I made an edited video of it, I won't whore views by linking it here.
Also the next day during Mario Odyssey's stream on November 15th he cheered this:
[16:06] <nolbert87> cheer20 Your very welcome Phil..its the least i could do for the years of laughs and entertainment. I really wanted to see this Xmas special. So i'm glad I could help.

The other 'big' pledge was around $50, IIRC it was November 30th before or during prestream, DSP gave 'Nich' (presumably Nich2440) a shoutout for helping to secure the goal after a few people had pulled their pledges in the last 2 weeks since DSP acted like the goal was almost guaranteed.
I understand what you are saying. The goals that he wants to do, he’ll do, and things like Super Mario Sunshine will miraculously “fail.” He wants his channel to be doing well when his fans need a morale boost or to further a narrative, and then wants his channel to do bad 99% of the time. It’s a way to “cook the books” with little chance of getting caught.
I'll push this and say also he'll try to avoid doing goals that he can't make as much money as he wants. He fucked up by not blocking Nintendo etc. playthroughs for Patrons' Choice, since they'll all get ContentID matched and no precious YouTube ad revenue. Patreon goals have to be profitable on Twitch & YouTube. This is why he'll never do MGS2 or 3 without chat - he wants to get the cheer/sub/tip money so he has to do shoutouts.

I'll end on this... Patreon is still a train wreck. Only activity I've noticed in the last couple days was a $5 pledge being added (went up 1 patron & $4)... within 24 hours it went down that same amount again. @SoapQueen1 can tell us more accurately for quickly added and pulled pledges, but since there was mention of a $50 pledge & maybe the $20 pledge right at the end of November... at best this is ~$925-950 out of $1125 AKA '$1250', roughly $200 away and still $1075 away from $2000 AKA '$2125'.

Because we stalk every moves he makes. Therefore we can't have lifes of our own, unlike him who streams himself playing games all day everyday then watches Netflix till he passes out in his bed at 4am.

We know everything about his life via his twitter, youtube, and instagram posts. So clearly, because we take the five seconds out of our day to catch up on the very personnel matters he posts on the internet, we are no-life stalkers. That's like those assholes that spend days and weekends trying to make the most pristine and lush yards at their house, only to tell you not to use them. If you put all this "khantent" out there for us, yea we're going to read it.

Making/Placing all the content out there in the first place is the hard part. Looking at the man's post history is easy, like we don't know how to use Ctrl+F function to shift through his crap.

I'm honestly not convinced she is Phil's girlfriend and I really think people jumped the gun on this. Look at that picture. People basically just gave Phil the moral high ground, and look at how he's abusing it. This is disgusting that it ended up like this. If Josephine isn't his girlfriend but is a Phil fan then all you did was prove Phil right to her.

Why does he assume we are all single?
Because it feeds the narrative that Phil attempts to propagate to his truly brain dead fanbase that all detractors are virgin, psycho, live in their mom's basement hopeless losers.
DSP's fans parrot these untruths because it affirms their confirmation bias.
In actuality, if not for donations of others, not the sweat of his own brow, Phil is the hopeless loser who will be back living with his parents.
It's just a matter of time.

I'm hoping the end of January is the final meltdown

I wouldn't hold your breath. I still think he's greatly exaggerating his tax bill. I'll bet anything that after the end of January, he'll send out his celebratory gif tweet saying "WE DID IT" and later talk about it on pre-stream while conveniently omitting the actual total of the bill.

Here are the rock-solid pieces of evidence I've seen that this woman is somehow the future Mrs. Burnell:
  • She tweeted about airports sucking on December 9th (which was in the middle of Deanna's visit, so ???). We also know that practically no one flies anywhere during the holidays.
  • She has red-ish hair.
  • She talked to Phil once.
Seriously, doubling down on this is making you guys look retarded. I'm embarrassed for anyone who tweeted at or contacted this poor woman.
