Eh, I can see dating somebody and have them ask you if plastic surgery is a no go, and a guy being like, yeah I don’t mind. And they don’t, for the first few. But then it becomes an addiction and their significant other is constantly having a nip here, a tuck there, botox next weekend sorry I can’t meet the parents, another nose job to fix that little imperfection from the last one, and they end up noping the fuck out of there.

Plus if you like dick/vag, it’s a bit of an adaption to have to deal with a frankenstein monstrosity and all the health issues that come with it.

Hm. Good point. I guess I figured a person with interests like Lewis would know that a sex change could happen.

And thanks to that Tumblr link, I found Tumblr shippers for Nostalgia Critic characters.

Yeah- I think those two characters officially ruined the Nostalgia Critic for me. I was at least kind of watching their videos still before that happened.

The one on the left is Hyper Fangirl, who started off as an incarnation of tumblrettes that sexualize The Onceler from The Lorax. She then made a series of appearances where she was obsessed with the Critic because of a joke they made about how his outfit is vaguely similar to The Onceler's.

The one on the right is Devil Boner. He's a parody of over-the-top 90s comic characters like Lobo, Doomrider, the Punisher... just explosions and guns and cursing and motorcycles.

They hooked up in one of the reviews' B-plot and have been dating off-screen ever since. I think they've made like one appearance since.

Now you know.

Yeah, they don't pop up much but they'd take up half the time whenever they were doing those old vs. new things. It'd be half comparing the movies and then half some stupid storyline where you see the two of them act like a couple and it was always so distracting.
Honestly it had no point even being in the videos.

Well, doesn't telling normal women that they are pregnant people instead of pregnant women erase their identity as a pregnant woman? Something that many women hold dear an an integral part of being a woman? We need to stop triggering a teeny tiny portion of the population (most of which are fad chasing transtrenders anyway) by refusing to acknowledge that pregnancy is part of womanhood. Gosh darn those silly TERFs and their transphobia.

Gay Tumblr legit sounding paranoid here. Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but being gay is way more accepted these days than it was in the 1980's and 1990's (when I grew up) or in the days of Matthew Shepard. (Which I actually remember.) Maybe in some areas in the United States or other first world countries like smaller states it's harder, but in bigger areas I thought you wouldn't get beat down for holding hands with someone the same sex as you.
I've seen a lot of young gay people on Tumblr who are legit paranoid and it's kind of disturbing.
Wait, hold up: the OP's from the Bay Area. They definitely don't have that problem. Bullshit, OP.

I’d rather watch all three of the animated Titanic movies. In a row.
If this were a movie you can put money on the fact that all of the drama involving the wreck itself would be overshadowed by political nonsense.

Not to mention it was the early 1900's, and calling themselves good friends or just simply living together is not really the same freedom lesbians have today in the USA. There were still laws, still major hangups -I really doubt that rich closeted lesbian would have risked being with the poor butch lesbian back, unhappy marriage to a man or not. Like, it was a totally different era with different societal expectations that shaped people, and being with a poor dude was way different then being with a poor woman, especially one so obviously lesbian. That would have gotten Rose lobotomized or something.
