It's a good metaphor for phil in general. Born into upper middle class and is spoiled/entitled, gets walked through college by family, gets out and gets a job at best buy before his daddy gets him a job with his worthless degree, gets laid off (more likely fired) and stumbles into a YT career that carries him a decade of acting panic'd while doing no damn work.

I don't wish him any harm, but it blows my mind how lucky he is. Two homes, a long relationship with another YTer who desires sex from him, doing whatever he wants most hours of the day and punching the clock with as little effort possible.

Zero kills, zero shots fired, first place winner and he celebrates himself.

The best part is maybe that Phil has peaked early (when doesn't he?) And now he's got to keep playing. But now he's going to keep being conservative as hell because it worked the first time. Like how when he plays a fighting game and only learns one seemingly op character combo.

What we can all hope for is he keeps failing for obvious reasons trying to reenact his success.

Or maybe he's some kinda PUBG god. Who knows.

Edit: For the unaware your final position matters so little in PUBG that it's weighted lower than kills for your final score. The game isn't usually (and never by streamers) played in such an embarrassingly boring fashion.

He spends his days isolated in an empty house doing something he clearly doesn't enjoy very much, literally begging children on the internet for financial help and has so little day to day social interaction that he blogs at length about doing basic chores or grocery shopping to people on the internet whom are mostly there to laugh at how incompetent a person he is. Sure, he's been lucky, but he's clearly an incredibly miserable individual. There's nothing envious about where this luck has positioned him in life. Though I guess it's more so that he's just so incredibly incompetent and finds a way to screw everything up.

To cut right to the chase, he basically says if you don't give something a fair shake, use your emotions, or if it isn't based solely on facts, it's nothing but "unwarranted hate". And of course, to make himself seem like a humble dood, he mentions Minecraft and his history with shitting on it, and how he thinks he's played it now because he's a changed person and knows not to do ignorant stuff anymore.

Just completely misses the point of the question and what the person asking this was trying to imply (I think). Because, obviously, Phil gets triggered by anyone who tries to give him legit advice and fair criticism, even fans on the fucking forums and people that donate regularly. I think these people that turn up to your streams and care enough to send money semi-often have given you a fair shake, no? And we already know people have asked valid questions and aren't hating/trolling, or that many people asking questions are doing it based entirely on the info Phil gives. So...yeah. Accidentally suggesting that what he says isn't fact/true there, Phil?

Already shitting on PUBG and calling it terrible after he got eliminated. I imagine this will be a typical 'one and done' DSP stream, despite the fact he has 1K viewers rather than the usual 300

Basically just run and hide from all fights and win by default. That sounds like Phil to me. It's pretty much what he would do in a real life situation where he may have to fight someone to survive. Take the pussy way out. Not like he could ever win legit.

He's going to blow this by not riding the appeal of PUBG and meander off to new(er) titles because "his viewers" want that. Dude knows how to squander a good thing.

It's more than likely that Leanna was his first real relationship. And now he's taken to mistaking women seeing financial potential in him as them finding him "charming" and "funny".

As hilarious as it would be, it's obviously not the escort. Phil is dumb, but he's not stupid. Imagine the laziest, lowest-effort way to go about something, and you'll find the Phil Burnell Way™. In this case, it'd be going for some mentally deficient fangirl, or a straight up gold digger, who's messaged him in the past. Also, based on the timeline he's given, it took him a month to jump into a new relationship after just leaving a six(?) year long relationship and engagement. Fuck the Hungry Man dinners and his "Italian" "sauce" sugar water. That's just straight up the unhealthiest thing he's ever done.

It also occurs to me that, as far as she's concerned, it doesn't really matter if he has money or not. He'd obviously be willing to spend on her, even if it'd put him further into debt, but it's not something that'd affect her. All the more reason to keep her face out of this shit; she can pretty much just vanish after she's done wringing him out for cash.

There's also the multiple stories of how all the hot and popular high school girls in his class wanted him as well as his story about his job at the health food store where he claimed he was getting numbers like a man. Which definitely come off as being fake.
 
The way he plays PUBG of course it is boring and no way he can complain about campers again!
