I agree with some other posters here that @NipplelessWoman mentioning that Russ was given special treatment due to beliefs of mormons about disabled people being angels/noble spirits probably has a great deal to do with his insane behavior.
I thought it was interesting in Russ's book that one day he had the terrible realization that he wasn't actually popular and beloved by the entire high school when he overheard some people taking shit about him. He was totally shocked. Up until this point it seems he thought he was Mr. Popularity and that had to be because of the special treatment he received thanks to mormon beliefs and because he got the kid glove treatment due to his disabilities.
I think Russ's unique brand of delusion and crazy is the result of him being a narcissist/BPD combined with the religious belief of him being "special" exacerbating the problem to a ridiculous degree. But it appears the mormons belief is supposed to be about retarded people specifically, not physically disabled or deformed people, but since the origin of the belief is vague in the first place it kind is applied liberally and Russ benefited from this. The well-meaning mormons gave Russ a pass on everything (because they seemed to assume he was retarded to some degree) and filled his head with the idea he was a special angel - which just seems like the worst thing in the world for a BPD narcissist.
What's really odd is that he left the embrace of a religion that gave him that exalted status. Was it all because they didn't provide him with a good mormon 10 wife and not bend the rules about hookers for the special angel? Either way he cannot handle not getting the same exalted special treatment by literally everyone in the world now - including celebrities.

I agree that seems to be part of his problem, but I don't think those are explanation enough for his theory of mind issues. If someone had normal TOM, which neither BPD nor NPD should change permanently, how would they continually think an instragram model would be impressed by a dollar? Why would they think being a paraprofessional is something you bring up when you hit on an internet model? People with BPD seem to actually be able to read people better than healthy people when in a normal state. Likewise narcissist people actually tend to be more superficially charming and successful (in the short term) with people they want something from. In fact, multiple questions on the NPI deal with this. Russ seems to actually have this backward, where he impressed his classmate he wasn't interested in, but he acts like a lonely loser to the women he actually likes. IMO, it's very likely a third factor causing ASD-like symptoms is at play, especially given its comorbidity with Moebius syndrom.

That happened at least a year ago. It's hilarious how he fails to understand that businesses have a right to refuse service (i.e. ban) to anyone they want. That law he likes to keep bringing up to try to get his way only covers PUBLIC places. Businesses like stores, casinos, restaurants, and BROTHELS are private establishments, and thus have a right to tell anyone they want to fuck off and don't come back. Even entitled, stroke-faced Hobbits.

Most recent and still in effect brothel ban happened in March this year. However he had previous bans over the last couple of years as a result of his behavior toward the sex workers and brothel owners.

Reddit has actually been pretty decent for poking around and finding older Russ stuff I never saw before. Thing is, you're not allowed to mention his name there so if you search his name you won't find much.
