As usual, he's a fucking moron. The contract explicitly says they can change the contract any time they feel like it, and if you don't like it, you can lump it.

We will provide you notice of changes to this Agreement consistent with applicable law. The
notice may be provided on your monthly bill, as a bill insert, in a newspaper, by e-mail, or by
other permitted communication. If you find the change unacceptable, you have the right to
cancel your Service(s). However, if you continue to receive the Service(s) after the change, we
will consider this your acceptance of the change."

Here it is, here is the real Phil right here. This is all part of that ego that he has that is as wide as an ocean but as deep as a puddle. He doesn't want to claim responsibility for being a terrible friend so he deflects it on them.

You know what's hilarious? Rambo called this 2 years ago in that video. He said verbatim that Phil would respond like "They should of told me these things, they never told me" when in actuality they told him several times to knock off the bullshit.

I don't know about you guys, but me personally, if I actually care about any relationship, im going to reach out via phone call whether it's my fault or their fault to talk it out. I mean that's what friends do. You dont use text to try to resolve a friendship. Phil admitted in this prestream that he never fucking called them, he just text them at all hours of the night drunk and emotional.

Despite Phil fucking them over multiple, MULTIPLE, times with money and privacy, John and Howard still gave him an open line to have a conversation and that speaks volumes on their end.

These are his buddies even before Youtube, Rambo and Phil use to travel the country together playing Street Fighter. That was his best friend. His best friend is asking him to make a simple phone call to talk, and the fact that Phil doesn't think he owes that man at least a phone call? After not paying him until he needed the money to buy another car so he could still come to Phils house and make more videos, after throwing his privacy out the window, after all the scrutiny he received from just even being around Phil all this years...

Phil doesnt even think he should call him? Rambo should call him first?

That shows how big a piece of shit he really is. He doesn't give a damn about NOBODY if you arent currently giving him or helping him make any money.

What, you mean the profession that has been filled with Chads or otherwise manly men for all of human history is filled with cocky guys? Get outta town. What he probably saw from that recruiter was actual confidence, and not the faux confidence dog and pony show he puts on every time he streams.

Also, as always, lol @ the thought of him being in the armed forces. He'd be the recruit that Drill Sergeants reward the other recruits for beating the ever loving shit out of since they can't do that anymore.

Finally got around to watching his Holiday House Tour 2017. Man he is just completely cut off from the world isn't he?

1. First off, a little rant. The dude complains when he can't show off the actual color his tree topper puts out. Says it's some auto color balance nonsense.

Heres a tip Phil, when you are presenting something for the "business" mayyyybe just maybe you could take the fucking time to set the white balance! Too lazy to do that Phil? Fine! But don't get mad when you point the fucking camera out the window and it fucks the balance all up.

For a guy who's been doing this for almost a decade, its quite shocking. Rant over.

2. He complains about the walls being bumpy and it's just so alien to him. That's one of the standard ways walls are installed. I honestly don't know why walls are created that way but I'm going to guess it's cheaper.

3. He wanted a different tree topper but they didn't have it. Asked a Target associate and they told him if it isn't out on the floor they don't have it. This angers him for some reason. Like the employee had 50 in the back he was keeping all to himself.

4. The amount of times he says "my girlfriend and I" is stunning. This guy says it at an almost OCD level.

5. He's got to explain everything on the tree like anyone cares. He makes damn certain to tell us what he already owned. Like in a "I totally didn't spend that much money guys" kind of way.

6. He's got to mention the house is built terribly because oh dear the heating duct is right next to the window. How does this man manage his cruel existence?

7. Never heard of battery powered lights!

If he actually wanted to save his Youtube 'business' this is probably the only/smartest option for him. He's so poorly informed and exceptional on everything that it would make for a better train wreck than his game plays.

Agreed, he just doesn't have the testosterone/genetics to grow ok facial hair. He'd probably fare better without the disgusting hair he has now.

In his mind he has rules on what being an adult is, such as paying bills (which he seems to do hourly) i think him having facial hair is one of them rules, but its patchy as hell and reminds me of them old people that decide to combe over the 5 strands of hair on top of the bald patch dead center.
