I'm going to believe it because it literally harms no one to do so, outside of Phil's reputation. Since he doesn't have one, I'm fine. That said, it's really weird how the DSP subforum has such a... different sort of group when compared to the rest of the forums.

Absolutely not. Nobody in my country ever uses inches for anything. Now, I'm not from the same country as her, but we're fairly close geographically. Brits use inches. General Europeans do not.

It's not a "hard and fast" rule. The point is more that for specific measurements people use what suits them and what mannerisms/language they're used to. I'm pretty sure you won't get disqualified from the EU if you measure people's penises using inches.

Given a lot of western media uses inches its also very likely that has factored into how people talk about penis length.

Most people speak English with eachother if they're not from the same country, too, since most of us here know English as our second language. We don't magically switch measuring systems when we do.
