Well nullification means something never took place. A contract is nullified with the arrangements that allowed the contract to exist were fraudulent. This contract is invalidated if one of the four terms being contracted are violated.

Notice the only thing missing is da money, and that's what this is all about. The KF is essentially being used as a tool or leverage to get da money and force Phil to fulfill his contract. This is way cheaper than a lawsuit.

True in any normal case i would not take a booking in december but he specificly asked in November if i could make a friend wise exception with the Holidays coming and all and him not having anyone to be with so i did but told him it had to be the 2nd weekend of december because otherwise i couldnt make it since dec is normaly reserved for friends and family time

Reads like a personal ad to me. I dunno what you're talking about. In order to prove that money was exchanged for sex, you need to have very specific forms of proof. If I wanted to list on jaw.sh that I would be willing to poke girls in the butt and expected donation money to be in an envelope in clear sight, you couldn't legally call me a prostitute. That's just my personal webpage.

Though yes, it can get complicated in court. Complicated in court = expensive in court. That's why it's MUCH, MUCH EASIER to have Phil pay what he owe.

I mean it's legal in her country, I'd imagine she could sue him (claims up to 25,000 is accepted according to google for civil lawsuits) it would just be very very expensive probably because of international stuff. And I imagine Phil wants no parts of that because ACK ACK lawyers and yeah prostitution is illegal here (excluding some parts of nevada).

Street whores and escorts are looked at the same way here in America. Its sex for money, which is illegal. Signing a NDA for an illegal act would be pointless because you couldn't take anyone to court here in the USA if the contract is broken.
