It's heavily redacted because it's a two-way Non-Disclosure Agreement. For the agreement to be valid, both partners of the NDA must uphold their agreements, which in this case include not violating the NDA itself, and Phil must also pay his dues for the company. If Phil doesn't pay the dues, if Phil violates the NDA by posting pictures of her online, or if she violates the NDA by disclosing concrete evidence the arrangements took place, then the NDA falls apart and is invalidated. She has to wait for him to violate his side of the deal before she can post anything that would violate her's.

Yes he did, i found it only fair to prove him as the owner / admin of this site that i wasnt just blabbering but that im having actual proof hanging over phill his head with all his personal information in it. Lets just say i have Phill by the balls tightly and if he doesnt pay he hangs and yes it will go out in the open then im even considering doing a live camshow for that at the same time. So for Phills sake i hope he pays because i actually dont like doing this one bit but he left me no choice then to start firing shots at him this way to show that i mean business and am not to be fucked with atleast not this way lol

Fuck the haters I am on this train

If breaking contact violated the contract, what's the difference between that and the contract being nullified? If he's already broken the terms doesn't that release you from your end of the deal?

Sounds like he signed an official extension, and I'm guessing our lady here would really rather have the money than the remainder of his dignity

Have you had to deal with non payment regularly over your hooking career? Has it ever come to outing a client in the past?

I just have to ask something, @MysteryWoman , you have a rule that's written on your site (at the very bottom of this image) and that you've repeated several times on your Twitter, why does that rule apparently not count for Phil?

Well nullification means something never took place. A contract is nullified with the arrangements that allowed the contract to exist were fraudulent. This contract is invalidated if one of the four terms being contracted are violated.

Phil owes money. [Less than 50% paid.]
Phil owes her discretion, forever. [So far, so good.]
She owes him company. [Paid!]
She owes him discretion, forever. [So far, so good, because she's not posted any of da proof people are wanting. This could just be a crazy person. Phil is treating it as such on his stream.]

Notice the only thing missing is da money, and that's what this is all about. The KF is essentially being used as a tool or leverage to get da money and force Phil to fulfill his contract. This is way cheaper than a lawsuit.

Normally I don't enjoy personal army stuff but this is really funny. It's a symbiotic relationship ~ !

True in any normal case i would not take a booking in december but he specificly asked in November if i could make a friend wise exception with the Holidays coming and all and him not having anyone to be with so i did but told him it had to be the 2nd weekend of december because otherwise i couldnt make it since dec is normaly reserved for friends and family time

So you don't find it hilarious that it's increasingly possible that Phil's house of lies might collapse on itself for a hooker?

I do find that absolutely hilarious, and I hope it's true. However if this turns out to be the most elaborate ruse of all time I'll find that almost as hilarious. My point being, I'm laughing either way.

If she invalidates it, then she is owed no money and can potentially be sued for violating the NDA. If he invalidates it, she can say whatever she wants.

Can anyone be really sued over this though? Prostitution is illegal in all 50 states here in America. It wouldn't matter which party violated because nobody could be taken to court legally for any of this anyways.

Who said anything about a prostitute? Mystery Lady was paid for her time. She's an escort, not some street side whore. Get your facts checked. If sex happened, that's just the natural result of two people spending time together.

Doesn't the website they own somewhat prove otherwise though? Advertising as an escort providing such "services" which is essentially paying for specific sexual acts?

I'm not a lawyer, but it's an escort contract not a prostitution contract right? So I'm pretty sure she *can* sue Phil, but it does come with a risk of course.

Yeah, but what proves that Phil chose any of those services?

Btw Companionship as described in the contract is not Prostitution, its something all escorts do in every single state in the US and all over the world thats also why a contract is made up in such a way because nowhere does it mention anything sex related ;) so no prostitution in that regard

Perhaps Phil cut off contact because he believes that since the info got out (albeit without proof) he's no longer under obligation to pay.

Reads like a personal ad to me. I dunno what you're talking about. In order to prove that money was exchanged for sex, you need to have very specific forms of proof. If I wanted to list on jaw.sh that I would be willing to poke girls in the butt and expected donation money to be in an envelope in clear sight, you couldn't legally call me a prostitute. That's just my personal webpage.

Though yes, it can get complicated in court. Complicated in court = expensive in court. That's why it's MUCH, MUCH EASIER to have Phil pay what he owe.

I mean it's legal in her country, I'd imagine she could sue him (claims up to 25,000 is accepted according to google for civil lawsuits) it would just be very very expensive probably because of international stuff. And I imagine Phil wants no parts of that because ACK ACK lawyers and yeah prostitution is illegal here (excluding some parts of nevada).

Edit: Just saw the stuff about companionship. Got it.

Street whores and escorts are looked at the same way here in America. Its sex for money, which is illegal. Signing a NDA for an illegal act would be pointless because you couldn't take anyone to court here in the USA if the contract is broken. Im not saying I have the facts, I'm just asking how would an NDA for an illegal act hold up in court here in the USA. I don' know how her country works.
