At some point in the near future (tbh prob next couple months) russ may become unhireable in slc. So what happens then gents? I dont think he could get into a project search esque sped hunt job with his history so what would happen to him? Would him becoming more desperate lead to the last vestige of his sanity slipping and if so what then?

Eh maybe he can get a job at the zoo. He would be behind bars safe from verbal abuse and get all the bananas he could eat. What more could he want?

He could apply for a disability tugboat, if he doesn't already have one. Not sure if the SSA would consider him disabled 'enough' for them though. He does have some legit physical issues but none that would prevent him from working a full time job.

They wouldn't. There's nothing about gimp face that means you can't work. It would have to be mental.

Right, and he has claimed in multiple screenshots that I've seen on this thread that he has some untreated psychological issues (depression, anxiety, whatever he calls it). @NipplelessWoman confirmed he'd gone off his meds when she was in school with him and his parents were upset about it. So he could potentially have a basis for a claim there.

However, he insists that he is not crazy, it's all the people making fun of him who are! So I wonder if he could take the blow to his ego and try to get a disability claim going based on mental illness, since then he'd effectively be telling the government "I'm too crazy to hold a job".

Also, if he hasn't been getting treatment or therapy for these conditions for a long time (which is what it sounds like), he'll have a damned hard time establishing he has a serious enough problem to justify getting SSDI. You can't just say to Social Security "I'm too sad to work, so gibs monies!" without medical records as backup.

Even if you actually are disabled, you don't get disability if the only reason you are is that you've refused any treatment.

That too, you're 100% right on that. And if you do get SSDI, then start refusing treatment for your disability (if there is any treatment, obviously) then you can get that SSDI yanked right out from under you. The SSA can revoke your benefits for a lot of reasons at almost any time.

Not to mention if you get rejected on your initial claim (which in my experience most people are), appealing the rejection successfully generally requires a lawyer... and we all know how likely it is that Strokey the Snowflake will ever accept an actual attorney with a JD who passed the bar is somehow more of an expert on their chosen field of expertise than he is!
