I actually believe this is all or mostly true (I think the story discrepancies are Kimberlie not being the most coherent writer and trying to say things without actually saying them for contractual reasons) but it's almost too good to be true, that Phil could be taken down financially AND caught conning his supporters AND faking a girlfriend AND paying for a girlfriend AND also having a tiny schlong. It's like Christmas came early.
I will say for those who wonder why would Phil risk his career just to get laid and/or show off a fake girlfriend, governments have been taken down by much more powerful men than Phil thinking with their dicks and lying about it or getting caught. An insecure, desperate guy like Phil doing it is not a surprise at all.

I honestly can't stop laughing about how this whole escort controversy could have been prevented if Phil simply didn't mention the girlfriend, but he had to justify that big house somehow, even though he probably doesn't utilize it to its fullest.
I simply love how Phil's lies create more and more problems for him as it goes.

As an aside, I partly agree with @SirJamesDTech on the confirmation bias we're seeing here, especially when it comes to the more outlandish stuff, like woofing or micro dick stuff for example. I have already posted about the fact that we're dealing with a source whose (current) best interest lies in being obtuse and teasing with info, so I won't repeat myself here.
A lot of our differences here are due to the levels of info we've acquired on an individual basis, @Null and @neger psykolog have seen stuff we didn't, and due to the circumstances here, they can't show us those things, nor completely throw their weight behind this claim, so it's really the individual's choice on whether it's 100% true, 100% false, or something in between. So the mods are just gonna have to accept that some people are going to have doubts, and we shouldn't expect that the mods will simply go with all our theories when they have seen stuff we haven't.
But there's another side to this puzzle we haven't considered as much, the fact that so far, there's simply nothing concrete that completely contradicts this story and makes it invalid, I am trying to find something in Phil's defence, mainly because I am trying to fight my own confirmation bias, but so far I truly have nothing (theories about Fred are just nonsense IMO)..
Phil's reaction here remains weird, especially him cutting that pre-stream short, Phil just never does that at all, he even manages to repeat himself multiple times every week because of how much he loves holding court (If you need an example, look at how much he mentioned Arika's Street Fighter EX history this week alone).
If I was in his shoes and I know this is a false accusation, I'd be launching some form of legal action against her or even calling the cops, even if I have no real legal grounds and it becomes a lolsuit, even if it fails, just to show off that I am willing to go to the fucking maximum to defend my name and reputation from this supposedly false allegation, because ultimately, this woman is highly traceable with an official escorting license in the Netherlands.
But he isn't fighting back, he's not even (emptily) threatening to fight back, and that truly says volumes about this story IMO.

Dutch cops would not do shit, they do not do much about harassment in general, until accidents happens. Heck even more so with a random american calling.
But the simplest thing Phil could have done is the following. Go on her site, click on the vip thing and report her. Vip rings like this that are all about the "rep" they have build would kick her out lickity split. After all it's much easier to get 10 more of her. Anything that she would say then would become pointless and meaningless.

At the very least there are some Dutch mannerisms in the text voice of the posts on occasion.

A bit the other thing that is nice and juicy for me is I will enjoy either way which part this blows up on. As it seems more likely that it will.
And it seems that Kim is doing the same.
The possible endings I see are these.
1. everything she said is true, and Phil for once in his life cannot coast by on the charity of others, so he comes up short. Files are released, it blows in phils face for years and kiwi farms rejoices.
2. Same as one, but just some things she saying is true, besides the yeah phil hired an escort. And she just made it worse to make him pay faster, and he still failed. Kiwifarms still rejoice and takes the fake "facts" as facts and phil is sad.
3. Phil pays up and Kim mostly disappears , a twitter remark here and there. But she got what she want and she got a show with it as well, from kiwi farms, twitter and dsp. All the bags of popcorn gone.
4. It comes out that she is lying, and that she has not been really escorted anymore in a long while. (after all baby and a husband). She still had some great laughs and it's no problem her rep as an escort is ruined. No one around her will really know as she is using a false name.
In the end though kim has won and always will win, no matter what happens all around. I think that is more than a little bit fun.
edit: also once again I can confirm that she is either very much dutch. or has done a study of dutch for the past 6 years and our culture. mmm Frikandels are so awesome. *noms on one*
