And he's off claiming that if "they" (youtube/google) had deleted his account, he would have a class action lawsuit because of 1st Amendments rights. No, booboo, 1st Amendment generally means the government can't make law restricting free speech (there are some loopholes); a private company which Youtube/Google is can do whatever. You are using their platform and they can decide that they don't want you on it for whatever reason.
