Something about the contract I'm wondering though and that would be outside of the scope of the NDA to disclose, does it include a provision stating the country which has jurisdiction or the applicable law, since I would imagine these are often international contracts. You might find it easier to actually enforce such a contract (legally at least) if you include a provision specifying that the Dutch courts have jurisdiction, although I'm sure you have these contracts made up by an actual lawyer who will probably be better in determining whether such a provision would be applicable
