It's astonishing a disability rights activist like Russ is unaware 911 has other methods of contact for the hearing impaired and disabled. Wouldn't a stand up guy in his community like him, always supporting the disabled and inspiring those around him, already know texting 911 exists? SHOCKING.

ETA, his ridiculous rebuttal.

EDIT: From what we can tell, being rejected by his biological family was a massive blow to him. In fact, it may have done more damage to him than anyone realizes.

It's been mentioned before that he made a very poor first impression by being Rusty and quite possibly throwing in a list of demands due to his bio sister's profession. It was also mentioned he may have gotten a bit creepy towards them. It was also discussed that some parents don't want any form of contact with children they've given up for adoption, and it seems like his bio mom was one of those people.

I don't think Russ would ruin the wedding. He knows well enough to not burn his family. He probably is mad about it but won't let it show.

Russ chimps out when someone doesn't act the way he wants, then he gets malicious. Hooker won't fuck me? I'll tell everyone she has AIDS and ruin her! Taylor Swift won't fuck me? I'll write a book and tell the news she shames disabled people and ruin her! Grande won't play my music? I'll sue her in court and ruin her! It's a pattern that I am sure will play out with Katy Perry. Right now he's on Cloud 9 because he THINKS what's going to happen is what he wants to happen. Like Grande, he'll slowly come to the realization it won't and Russell will turn into his true form.

I don't think Strokey the Snowflake would deliberately set out to ruin his adoptive sister's wedding. Doing so wouldn't fit with his perception of himself as an awesome guy on the side of the angels. But he has a hard time acting like a normal human being in meatspace, so I think it's quite likely he might end up sperging out like a toddler at the reception because someone said something he didn't like or looked at him the wrong way or gave him a slightly smaller slice of cake than his sister, etc. Which of course won't be his fault and he'll refuse to accept responsibility for it all even after he ruins his sister's special day because HE DESERVED THAT BIGGER PIECE OF CAKE WHY ARE YOU DISABILITY SHAMING HIM REEEEEEEE!

No, I dont think he would lash out in person in general, but he would probably set up a pity story online on facebook later. He doesnt seem like he's that willing to back himself up in person, and I believe whoever it was who went to his trial said he didnt make a very strong impression at all, he's not like a masculine dude in any way, he's not gonna jump up and fight someone or anything.

Russell is capable of being civilised, look at what his work collegues have said. He's simply prone to outbursts, a wedding may leave him unhappy as he seems to dislike couples generally, but naturally we only have non-family couples to base that off of. He definitely believes he has claim on all women, but with her being family it may be different. The main cause of contention would be him and female guests at the wedding, as he notably has no respect for other couples and could definitely find himself in a tight spot if he decides to tell a taken woman how he's 'totally legalising brothels in Utah guise'.

Failing that, some bridesmaid will have to endure a speech about how much he goes to the gym and his work in law firms, then topped off with an attempt to seduce her with one of his many dance routines.

Read the transcript of the court case, Russell is meek and humble, despite his outrage post-case. Look at him in the interview with Fox News, if I told you that was from a normal court case that a rational person would file, his response would be pretty much what a normal person peeved that they lost a case would say. Russell is an internal guy, on the surface he will say he understands, nod his head and entertain a conversation, but internally he's changing events so he's the good guy. An example of this would be Farrah Abraham, threatened with a countersuit he drops the case, but just as he concedes that he has no case by dropping out, he makes up some story that she's begging him not to file it and like Caesar intervening at Brutus' execution, he mercifully forgives her.

The only exception to this is when he's angry, like when he lost his job and was upset that the smoker wasn't fired. He's certainly prone to these outbursts, but they require him to not be at a function, i.e; a court case or a wedding.

tl;dr: Russell isn't some massive spaz out in public, he's a keyboard warrior with limited anger management.

EDIT: Russ update, more Planet Fitness shit. At the end you can see he's on the elliptical. :story::story::story:

I imagine it would be a Mormon Temple Wedding. Perhaps that's how they were justifying it. A small family, "Temple Recommend Holding" type of affair. (Never mind about the actual wedding reception afterwards!)

I wonder if he's allowed in a church. I know some religions don't allow you to enter the church if you've been excommunicated. That may not include special occasions though.

He is now choosing people to harass who are on a realm where they literally don't even know he exists, because they hire people to keep worms like Russ beneath their notice.

Usually, but the Kiwifarmer who blew up Russ recently got some of his disformed wrath as well. He messaged her to try and be friends again. He exepected her to apologize and accept. She didn't. So he had to call her out using her name and pictures (unlike the supposed dingle man) hoping to use that to hurt her. Rusty can only deal with hurt by trying to hurt someone else.

As for the wedding he'd definitely make people uncomfortable and then post a long rant on FB about being shamed by the Mormon community for his stellar work at legalizing brothels.

Russ also posted that he was excommunicated by the Church. I have little understanding of the LDS religion, but I know non-Mormons aren’t allowed in the temple. His sister is likely getting married there-does that mean Russ can’t come to the ceremony?

He will be able to go to the reception but I wouldn’t worry about him ruinng her “big day.” Most brides and grooms are so busy (and happy) that day they don’t notice the chimpouts that seem to happen at every wedding. Unless Russ stands up and makes a speech about Taylor Swift and legalizing brothels, I doubt he will hurt their day.

Is that only when there's services? I've been in a few in the past for work, but it was off hours.

I would hope her parents have enough backbone to eject him if he starts making a scene.

Yeah, he won't be a witness to the ceremony at all. The temple grounds are fair game (at least I know it is for one of the temples here since the visitors' center is on the grounds, it's just that not all of the temples have a visitors' center), but I'm not sure if he'll be there to greet the bride and groom when they walk out for pictures. He might just show up for the reception at a local church building.

It's not the way you say things, Russ, it's the things you're saying.

LOL. Russell's "New Year's Resolution" is mailing some letters...

Lmao yes because those venues are going to cancel concerts and piss off all the ticket holders, and one of the hottest acts (she's not my cup of tea, but seems popular) today because a shit lipped rètard with delusions of granduer DEMANDS (not requests) it.

I think he's hoping to provoke a lawsuit because at last he'll get to meet Taylor and explain things and then all his dreams come true. But he's also delusional enough to think he's going to get someone to cancel. Swift's team knows that responding in any way would validate him, and encourage him to escalate so nothing will happen.

Yeah, it’s one of the most interesting things about Russ-the fact that he has no idea of his place in the world.

Few humans would think that they they could stop the intricacies of such an endeavor with a simple letter, especially knowing the millions of dollars involved and his supposed understanding of contract legalities. But Russ sincerely believes he can make them see it his way. “ Oh, a disabled guy says Taylor was mean, yeah, let’s stop this concert and open ourselves up to all the liabilities involved.”

Not only does he think it could work, he even thinks people may read the letter. There are thousands of celebrity stalkers, but none like Russ.

I guess this is an example of having no theory of mind, combined with immense egoism. He truly can’t understand that people don’t care about his positions and desires.

He talked about it. He did do this , and he was arrested at the time. Jail and all. However, his parents got him a kick ass attorney to get him out of trouble. Russell has said this was when he wanted to go into the legal field.

This is crazy to me, so do you know if he has anything like firearms restrictions now? Does he ever boast about guns or anything like that? The fact that Russ confirmed he had a kill list and your confirmation that there was a gun involved paints him in an entirely different light for me, that's pretty scary to be honest.
