Is it really worth the $2,000? just break the NDA and destroy Phil. He was delinquent on his payments so you're not bound by it anyway.

I gues they dont understand that every login both clients and the escorts themselfs is being logged and tracked if someone tries to login from a different IP then my own it gets an immediate red flag and a trace starts by the escort service then i get a phone call reporting on the attempt lol

But if she breaks it before Phil has the opportunity to fail on payment of service then she’s penalized heavily for it and even potentially be blacklisted as an escort. I recall @MysteryWoman explaining this in quite simple terms even recently when I inquired about it.

It's not just money but reputation, if she does it then she'll get a rep in the escort community for breaking NDA's, which would scare off potential clients.

It's gotten to the point where if she's revealed to be fake I wouldn't feel like a fool at all because 1) The troll was so masterful and so well done I won't be able to help but applaud it for how good it is and how they'll go down in history and 2) It's produced so much good lolcow content from DSP, BSV and KG that it makes up for a lack of DSP expose because so many good moments have come from this.

If its true and DSP pays up which means she can't deliver then again, I won't be disappointed because of the number 2 reason I stated earlier. So much good content has come from this that really a DSP expose would be a cherry on top of a great cake rather than a disappointment.

I know how you feel. But the bright side is that if the others come forward then we get plenty of lolcow content from BSV and the other back up dancers

. . .which is also achieved by this Vidar calling her. The ONLY thing going on that show does better is involve the peanut gallery so that THEY can be involved as well as this woman and Phil's staunchest supporters.
 
If this has already been asked, you can delete this posting. (I've read the main OP post & searched this thread for questions involving the picture I have a question about).

First, if this photo is photo-shopped, then apologies I'm not well versed in Photoshop and this question can be look at with disregard. From reading through multiple pages in this thread an NDA cannot reveal the clientele information (Phil) and same goes for the client (Kim/Mystery women).

The picture I provided if it isn't PS then doesn't that null any kind of revenue the client is owed? Since strictly from the escort website it states: " Your Personal Information and Details about our dates will always stay private and will not be given out to anyone, I expect the same in return. " & " Any information you give will stay PRIVATE and I expect the same in return with any information I give to you!". I've looked into what Phil has mostly said about this escort situation and it seems he is declining it. As far as Phil has come to disclosing any personal information or details isn't really there. Phil mostly said that they just went Christmas Shopping, cooked, and set up the tree. Not really anything dire to null the agreement. On the other hand, Kim, posted this photo (which is now deleted/made private or I just couldn't find it on her twitter), is much more personal. It shows whether it is through a DM/FB message, that Phil has been in contact with an escort, which I'm sure Phil wanted kept private & Kim shouldn't have let go since they negotiated a new pay date which is Jan. 12.

Since that was a bit of a read I'll put my question here:
1. Since Phil has mostly kept most information private even disregarding being with an escort, but Kim leaking that picture of an actual private conversation happening, isn't the payment Kim is owed nullified due to her releasing private information of an actual chat between Phil & her?
