Do you mean mad as in agry? Because I don't believe kiwis are angry at this now, most are laughing I would imagine. No matter what the outcome is, this has been a great laugh and will probably continue to be so.

To be honest I did not really know DSP before the brownie-stuff really (never been interested in his thread), but fuck I did not expect him and his fans to become so butthurt, it is quite interesting to see. This new zealand tech-forum banner, the '5000 dollar' bet and now this attempt at hacking, I really am all-in for this rollercoaster and it's a great start to 2018

One thing I honestly don't understand is why people like BSV, KGhaleon and now Frank (and maybe some other regulars) continue to expend monumental effort on things that they feel are lies, like, which possible outcome are you exactly afraid of?
  • DSP Proven to lie about his taxes and the escort: Not the 1st time that's he's been caught in a lie, and won't be the last time either, and from what I've seen, the one truth in all this autism is that Phil survives. Dude's simply a cockroach, it's true, only the gout will kill him, the rest is just daily shit to him at this point..
  • Mystery Woman turns out to be a liar and believing her somehow disgraced and divided the detractor community: Who the fuck cares? This is the same detractor community that was proven to be rife of autistic drama, with multiple parties going to huge extremes just to be the "leaders" of the detractors. This was the same detractors that were speculating about the mystery girlfriend's identity from a glass reflection. Like, seriously, is this a community that can be embarrassed any further? And again, who the fuck cares?
If you don't believe in the story, the right action would be to just shut the fuck up and stay put, anything else would just embarrass you as we've all seen.

Then if it turns out to be a lie, you can come here and tell us how you've sussed her out from the veeeeery beginning. And we would clap for you behind our keyboards, we truly would.

That's because they expect you to do something specific as an apology, like writing a long post about how you're sorry and how you were mislead by the evil hooker.

When in reality, the reaction will be "huh, guess I was wrong" and just continue doing what you're doing.

But you don't understand! The world is at stake! How will we live with ourselves if it turns out to be wrong?

The simple answer is that they attach too much importance to their work on DSP-related stuff. Ultimately, he's a failed streamer that at best will continue to be so.

I mean, I like some of those people, I do, and it's kinda making me sad how they are going about this. Either laugh about it and discuss it as a funny story regardless of how it turns out, or wait for confirmation before speaking out on it. It's really that simple.
