This is the main thing that seems shady to me. Why MW wouldn't just eat the loss rather than risk ruining her reputation for discretion by outing her client on the farms. That and this absurd NDA that somehow is still in force even after he refused to pay and only covers the alleged sextape and not publicly outing a john. Don't even get me started on how shady this "Tiffany" story is.
 
Honestly, this is ending the way a lot of people said it would: with the debt being paid (if there is a debt) and the story becoming more and more unbelievable and devolving into something that looks remarkably like a :ruse:. Still one of the most entertaining sagas of the year and of Phil's career.

Haha. It really has hasn't it. It seems to be infusing itself with all the negative attributes both real (poor money management) and imagined (pedophilic tendencies) of those who aren't his fans. I mean it's entirely possible this will all fall out as truth but the more complex something becomes the less likely it seems.

That's also one of a concern of mine. In my experience, contrary to most peoples' ideas, the escorts I know and have worked with are just going to take the loss and move on if a client refuses to pay rather than hiring some Movie Goons to break their legs.

EDIT: But, the ones I deal with operate where prostitution is illegal so it's often better for them to just let the problem go away instead of increasing the chance that police get involved.
