While I am certainly not convinced, especially after the latest 'revelations'. But this part I can believe, as I think you are underestimating how vindictive and aggressive Dutch women are, you do not want to cross them, especially not with their money

But the main problem I have with the new revelations that apparently the new girl has been talking to the police, for years now it seems, has all this kind of evidence, is working with a lawyer and still wants to go on a podcast while she also isn't in the best situation in general. It just seems so unlikely and contrary to what any law enforcement officer or lawyer would advice and I can't believe anyone who is in such a situation to do so without asking for advice from either

It probably depends on individual circumstances, given that DSP is essentially begging children to cover his mysterious "backtaxes" while trying to short an escort, she probably flipped the fuck out about it.

He probably also thought she didn't have the balls to call him out on it publicly, except she did.

Sure seems like we're just being strung along here. Oh, hey, also there's another mystery girl and a multi-year police that I'm only just now mentioning *after* he's paid me off. Wat? This shit can't be good for business.

Also I don't get what jurisdiction the Dutch authorities have, unless he committed the crime in the Netherlands, and even then how on Earth are they gonna prosecute him.

it is not certain the girl is from the Netherlands.
But if she is. they do have some options for jurisdiction under article 5 of the Dutch criminal law and the extradition treaty between the US and the Netherlands in the case of prosecution. Problem is more the investigation, as they don't have investigaatory authority there and are therefore reliant on US law enforcement and procedures and then hope it is admissible in Dutch courts

I'm just relaying the legal technicalities, but I agree, I doubt that (if it's true) an actual investigation will really be undertaken, on either country's side (no matter which country it is, only exception would perhaps be Canada, since we don't know which country she is supposed to be from)
 
To be clear on this I have been contacted regarding advice for this situation and I laid out clearly my suggestion that law enforcement should be step one, an on the record account with a reputable 3rd party should be step two, and only then should podcasts etc be after.

This is nothing to joke about. We have a Coalition Of The Willing ready to invest every resource they've got into finally busting The Coward And Tax Cheat Phil Burnell.
