Does he at least have an excuse for shitting his pants (ie: incontinence)? If he purposely does this, why doesn't anyone fire his stinking ass?

I'm director of IT for a company that provides contractor solutions to other company.

They're a 900+ person call center that handles financial things, credit cards, mortgages, stuff like that.

This was one of their goof ball employees. I only got bathroom duty because I happened to be a guy standing around at the time he went in and HR was looking for him.
