Oh, I agree entirely about a bunch of stuff not making sense, especially the rape allegations/years ongoing criminal case/third parties uncomfortable with discussing personal issues, but totally okay to have a third party doing it on their behalf. I should probably clarify that the parts of the story I believe are MW being Kim, since that was verified by the mods here. I also believe that Phil hired her based on his reactions and the specific begging amount/timetable of his begging. Some of the minor details, like him having a 4 inch dick...eh, whatever, I think that's just shitposting.
As for the NDA, that was initially the first red flag, and I think I even posted about how it made no sense way in the beginning. And it doesn't, if you think of it like a traditional NDA. The point of a traditional NDA is to provide legal protection, but that doesn't really fly with an escort NDA. I wish there was something else to call it. The closest I can think of is it's an acknowledgement of mutually assured destruction. As others have pointed out, it's incredibly one sided in favor of the escort. That just comes with the nature of the job, people who hire an escort naturally do it discretely because they don't want people to find out about it.
Here's how it works. They agree to the "NDA". For MW, the benefit is that if Phil doesn't pay, she holds this over is head. He doesn't want the information to get out because it would humiliate him. The thing is, there's really no way to enforce that. With a traditional NDA, the other party isn't ashamed/humiliated by what they are doing, so they would have no problem whatsoever taking it to court. Best example I can think of is a video game developer NDA. If I signed an NDA not to talk about working on a Mario title or something, and then I told the press there was a new Mario game in development, they could sue my ass. They would be acknowledging that a new Mario game is being worked on, but that's not going to destroy their reputation or anything.
If DSP tried to sue MW, he'd be ruining his reputation. Yeah, she broke the NDA, but he has to own up to hiring her in the first place to prove that he broke the NDA, which he does not want to do. But, if MW releases everything, Phil has no reason not to go after her because he's destroyed at that point. Same deal if Phil tries to go to the agency to argue that she broke the NDA. Maybe if he was lucky he'd get her fired, but again, that would be admitting he hired her in the first place, and would be followed up with her leaking anything incriminating.
There's another factor with Phil, he's a giant pussy. Whenever he's actually faced with real confrontation, he backs down, especially if it is in a place where he has no control over the narrative. I think that's a big part of why MW was able to get away with so much shitposting about Phil and why he hasn't done more to address the issue.

Come on dude, the guy has some doubt about the whole story. You boot him (rightfully) from the Mystery woman thread for being a shitter but now you're telling him to shut up in the designated whiner thread.
The whole thing isn't that far from that moron who wanted to bet $5k the story wasn't real. (I.e. he and Mystery Woman had nothing to lose)
The doubtful were told to shut up until January 12th to see if anything would come out of all this and now they're told to wait until February because Phil claimed his gf would move in or something along those lines.
For the record, I believe she's who she claims to be but she embelished her story/blew things out of proportions so the story would blow out and reach Phil and force him to pay.
We could all be wrong but we're all entitled to our opinions. Let's not forget that the "detractors" came to be because of Phil/TKOH "no complaints/criticism" policy.

That's why this thread exists, they don't have to shut up and the actual phrasing I used was "sit on your hands" which is my implication that they're unable to wait.
The January deadline was from MW, the February deadline is from DSP.
He's repeatedly stated that we're all going to look "extremely stupid" when he reveals his "real actual girlfriend" during February which is when his side of the story really gets going. Bear in mind that since he first mentioned his girlfriend people have actually doubted the existence of her.
I'm more than happy to wait and look extremely stupid.
If they're all right and anyone who believed MW is wrong then we'll know a lot more when February comes around, as MW has an NDA (which has been discussed about a million times) I don't think we're not going to get any more information out of her, as her stated goal from day 1 was to get her money so the importance of her proving things absolutely (which is important to other people) went down severely once she got her money.
Anyway, from my reading legal cases involving NDAs between escorts and clients are extremely few, so this is quite an interesting topic even if you're not interested in DSP at all.

At this point fuck it, she avoids most stuff pretty well she's posted more "i've already answered that im not gonna answer that" posts than anyone should be able to.

The story has gotten super convoluted at this point, also MW's english improved a ton really quick which I find odd. Phil is acting shady as fuck. And she's getting more entertainment out of his paypigs than we've seen in a long time, so that's awesome.
