Every step Phil's taken makes it sound like predatory behaviour in order to get a starstruck, damaged young girl to become his maid now.
He found a girl in a vulnerable situation, flew her out and showed her money. Then he says they're soulmates in the least genuine way possible while begging for money. Then she's kicked out of her flat - fairly sure this will have been on the cards for a while - and Phil offers her an escape route. Why wouldn't she take it? This rich guy who says he loves her offers her a life of security in a giant fucking house.
Of course, when she's in there, cut off from friends and family, reality will sink in but by then Phil will have made her entirely dependent on him. She'll be in a routine of cooking and cleaning, probably working a shit job if Phil allows it. And she'll be thinking of the times they spent when they first got together, and how good it seemed, and wondering why it isn't like that anymore. Of course Phil will make her think it's her fault, it's certainly nothing to do with his own shitty predatory behaviour. This is literally textbook gaslighting. It'll be like the DENNIS system without the S.
