Wasn't it though? I thought there was something where he changed the settings so that it would never go into stand-by mode and so it cooked itself in its cradle. It could have been a cleverly edited video I saw, but I was not surprised.

That is what happened. It's his fault for not putting it together that the Switch never going into sleep mode might lead to problems, also Nintendo's fault for allowing the settings to be changed to that state.

It really is just poor engineering all around. A 150% Samsung tablet can run movies forever, charging or unplugged, with minor issues.

PUBG:
1: 67 (Someone just... ... got the drop on me, i have no idea, i never saw them. Amazing, that is PUBG for you folks, i never saw the fucking guy!)
2: 83 (Nothing i could do! A terrible game! I landed... i... i get stuck in a tree, then the fucking game does studdering twice so that i cant run straight to a weapon and then i get murdered by a shotgun, amazing!)
3: 14 (I couldn't do anything, if i stepped out i was gonna get shot and the car drove straight for me. There was nothing i could do, there was nothing i could do i was trapped, rock and hard place right?)
4: 76 (Died from falling while on a bike) (OMG this fucking game sucks dude! This game is terrible, are you kidding me?)
Have to agree with him here, that should not have killed him!
5: 9 (I had no gun, i couldn't fight anyone basically, i had no gun, fucking lame! I got completely fucked by being spawned where i was. I made top 10 with the worst possible situation basically.)
6: 5 (Dam it! I got another kill, but... anyway!)
In-Game
Gets stuck in a tree on the way down in the 2nd match, acts suprised that he did.
Gets hunted by a guy with a shotgun, he have nothing, in the 2nd match, the guy misses once and Phil calls him a idiot.
Claims that if he plays solid he will make top 10, in other words avoid contact with other players for as long as possible!
Claim that he can snipe, but due to lag in the game he can't.
Over every PUBG match, he runs straight for his destination goal, over open fields and roads like no one could be close by!
Fails to snipe a guy, that completely ignores him, in the 3rd match, blames frame rate and delay for him missing every shot, aimed straight at the guy instead of front of him.
Finds no M16, sniper rifle or other "heavy" weapon, refuses to pick up a pistol, bitch about how poor the iteam placement in the game is early in the 5th match, the game dont give him a good gun!
Over every PUBG match, when the white circle ends up on the opposite side of the map he immediately starts to bitch about how fucked he is and he wont win because he have to run across the entire map. In the 5th match he have claimed he is done or fucked atleast 10 times in 3-4 min.
Tries to run over a guy in the 5th match, the guy moves to the side slightly and Phil makes a major corrections and misses the guy completely and blames it on that the car fishtailed without reason.
Off-game:
Capcom will never make a new SF 2 Turbo so he can win EVO 2020, Capcom now only makes catered for the brainless idiots who don't know how to play fighting games.

I would like to cash in my :autism: credits to throw around speculation with wild abandon about Our Dear Leader's new beau. This is a long one so I hope you're willing to indulge me. I'll try to explain my reasoning as best I can, knowing full well how retarded this makes me sound, but hear me out (hey, it's my birthday and I am bored, give me some leeway this once?) because I could be onto something... maybe... probably not.
We all know that Phil is a terrible liar and contradicts himself on a daily basis in both small and major events. We also know full well that his word means jack shit and his doubletalk semantics games renders anything he says virtually unbelievable. So at all angles, this guy can not be trusted (duh). With that in mind, listen to how he pushes this girlfriend angle as vehemently as he does. This is a conman at his best -- pushing a lie so fiercely that you question if he is actually telling the truth. Well, he might be for real, look at how he is always talking about her moving in and wanting to cook and clean... How could he lying if he is so sure of himself right?
At first, it wasn't Phil's intensity about this new girl that piqued my interest, but how confident he was being about future plans with her. When DSP is caught he tends to go wishy-washy. Eh life isn't so black and white, there are things you guys don't know, I can't talk about that yet, we'll have to wait and see... We've heard all the mantras over and over, but this time for this girl specifically, this guy has got PLANS. She's going to move in, she's going to cook, clean, suck his cock and join in videos like cooking with the king and all this great stuff. Hell, the moment she moves in he's putting her to work cleaning the house - because hey, she wants to guys! Could this be the flights of fancy of a love struck man alight with excitement for his soulmate to be with him finally? Maybe. But this is Phil we're talking about here. I know I sound idiotic, and I might be, but to me these pieces are starting to fit for now. I think this plan started to come together for him a little before he let the girlfriend bomb loose. Not to say all of the details were fleshed out but at this point he has had time to toy with the idea. Taking fake pictures and making phony twitter posts etc. The thought could easily occur to him that if these girl's are paid to keep their mouth's shut, then faking a girlfriend could work. It's not like anyone else lives with Phil 24/7 to disprove it. He has had experience working with escorts if the stories are to be believed. We know he hates woman, and needs total control of situations. We know he can't even be wrong and we also know that he needs to justify keeping a large house for himself, and that his tax situation seems to be completely under control (magically) for the time being. So he would have the means, motive, and method to make it look like he has a legit for real girlfriend without anyone being able to prove otherwise. Unless someone of course recognizes the actress or she goes on a Kimberley level blow out. I mean honestly, how will we know for sure?
All I know is I will be paying very close attention to certain details. Simply put, Phil will have to parade this girl around at some point to make it all legit. So expect at least one or two videos of the girl interacting with Phil. Whether that be another Valentine's Day reveal with ManBearPig, her swinging into a live stream for a little bit, or maybe a full on cooking video or something. Whatever fullfills these little plans he's so confident in announcing now. There will also most likely be photos posts and whatever lovey dovey crap that comes along with it to spread out over time. Okay cool, nothing unusual there. But then let's see how often she shows up or is brought up again. The only kink into this plan is that an escort has other clients to deal with. Phil would have to book the same girl at specific times and hope he doesn't get scooped unless he somehow paid for the time weeks in advance (That's not going into how much that may cost-be prepared for 'muh bills' again). Upon first reading it does seem a bit far-fetched but not something I would completely dismiss either.
My main question is why? Why even bother haemorrhaging money on a regular basis (which it would have to be) for something completely unnecessary.
If your theory is true then the main reason is simply because Phil claimed that he has a new girlfriend in the first place. Why he did this baffles me, moreso if MW's story is to be believed. Because that would prove your theory to most likely be true, since the only other explanation is that he magically met someone after MW left. Right?
Either that or he's going to make up some bullshit excuse in February as to why the maid hasn't arrived. But this is obviously all just pure speculation.
