I'm not being obtuse, I am trying to show you how to understand NDAs. No more, no less.

For example, if you reported Phil to the cops, told them that he hired an escort 2 weeks ago and these threads are evidence of it, what do you think their response would be? They would laugh at you and hang-up, because you didn't provide clear-cut evidence, this is hearsay to them with what's at best circumstantial evidence buried in pages of autism.

But if she suddenly uploaded copies of Phil's driver's license and signed contract, stuff she couldn't get unless she was in his house? That would be incontrovertible evidence, he won't be able to spin it at all.

This why she did things the way she did, to squeeze him without making it official that he did it, and when she got her payment she promptly tried to shit up her reliability as a narrator by adding in stuff like rape, 3 other escorts, Tiffany..etc. Because anyone in their right mind would choose their livelihood over being seen as reliable to a bunch of spergs like us.
 
I find it quite funny to be threadbanned for casting doubt over something that later mysterywoman herself said she no longer believed
And if it hadn't shown up in my notifications I wouldn't even really have noticed, as although I still read it at times, I really have no reason to post in that thread anymore

She's not showing it to his parents, his ex or his priest either. She's discussing it unreliably and in vague terms on a forum full of anons that are constantly watching his every move.

There are people that have tried to forcibly shut it down. It's ok for it to be garbage as long as it stays open. Because as we all know @neger psykolog ensuring no one wants to post there (or no one is even able to post there) shows those darn dirty trolls who's boss. The people that want that thread hidden or closed definitely won't see that as a victory or anything.
