I agree with you on the whole, but how much does Phil know about this particular situation? It sounds to me like he doesn't know much, because if you check all the threads/posts telling him this, none of them tell him exactly what his homeless butler did this time around.
It's assumed that he gets regular feeds from his calf-herd since like our deranged bum from Norsca, they feel compelled to look at what we type, so I would not be shocked that he knows. I also assume that he won't give a single fuck because it's not about himself or dealing with the now since Phil does not plan and gives no fucks about others unless they gib things to him.
