After watching a few of Pat's videos, I'm convinced he may very well literally have the mind of an 8 year old, in which case the eye thing is to be expected. I mean I'm not even trying to make a joke, I really do think he's mentally disabled.

He is definitely mentally challenged or has a brain injury. With his troubles with CAS, I would assume he had a bad childhood.

Yeah, its definitely dyslexia, lack of education combined with mental deficiencies. Here is his New Year's Revolution! He also reminds me of Kent in a way with the constant repetition.

You can tell by his surroundings that he lives in squalor akin to Chris Chan. Its a sad cycle he is in to be honest. I am sure its a tough environment to be in for anyone, let a lone someone with his severe impediments.

Looking at it, I think he can't read or write. To me it looks like it's typed exactly how he says it, and we know by listening to him he can't pronounce his name right let alone speak in full sentences. Meaning he probably uses speech to text and can't tell if the resulting word-salad is right or wrong.

Definitely agree. Its overly apparent he has something wrong upstairs. Slow in da head as they say. I am sure he was born into poverty and continues to live that way. Combined with his mental issues and lack of intelligence, well he got good prospects ahead of him. I am not overly familiar with Ontario cities, but I believe Sault Ste Marie is on US border? If any residents of ONT happen to be following The Budge Show, perhaps if they know more about the place they can chime in. I picture it as not an overly progressive or wealthy place. I am thinking mining or some similar trade industry is the main focus there.

I expect he grew up without much assistance from schools, govts and his parents. I find him more interesting than Floyd. He is just another freak who wears fur and jacks off. But I think Patrick has potential with his vids and I think it'd be interesting to hear more from him.

Yeah, that city is known for Algoma, steel makers. Also a forest industry. It is what would be considered a town that depends on those industries. Much like the mining cities in the Appalachians throughout the eastern US.

Also, I looked at the vid where he showed his address on a court paper. Here is a google streetview of where I assume he lives. Sadly, its from 2012. That's the most recent. So it is in an area that even google doesn't want to visit!

I just checked and he lives approximately 15 minutes by car from US soil. I bet he has never been to America (probably never heard of a passport). As a Canadian, if I lived in SSM I'd be visiting quite often.

Patrick is on a mental level similar to Chris Chan. But unlike Chris, he grew up deprived from a somewhat normal childhood due to poverty. Like Chris he was neglected by everyone who could have stepped in and helped him with his mental difficulties, autism etc. Parents, agencies, schools, whatever. Neither Chris or this guy got what they needed to lead productive adult lives.

The big difference is at least there was enough money in Chris' family to give him a somewhat good childhood with a roof, food, toys etc. I suspect Patrick didn't have that much. He ran away from CAS at least two different times. Police had to put out an APB on him. He was either attacked or assaulted at some point while under CAS care. And that court paper he videoed, if I recall correctly the charge was uttering death threats.

If he crossed the border, he'd be on the northern end of the very rural upper peninsula of Michigan. The closest big city, Detroit, would be about a 7 hour drive. He'd be better off just going to Toronto or something if he wanted to see something outside his impoverished neighborhood.

Confirmed too he lives in his mother's house.

I found his other two channels of any substance. One just has tourism vids of Sault Ste Marie, the other is him lipsyncing to rap songs it appears.

Consumer goods like groceries and gas are cheaper in the US though. It would be worth the drive just to go to the gas station. And since he smokes, camping in a van on a warm weekend so he could bring a bunch back tax free whenever he could would save him huge amounts of cash.
