Chris is,well,what he is, he doesn't exactly come off as a pleasant person to people reading the wiki or participating in the forums so all of his actions are easily interpreted like the Devil reads the Bible. Also the forum is not entirely academical in regards to observations about Chris, therefore the reactions to whatever Chris does or says are often exaggerated for the sake of humour or are somewhat satirical.

I would agree that it's strange how people reacted to it as if he had murdered somebody, it's certainly showing a lack of care for a person he thought he was in love with but it absolutely pales in comparison to when he allegedly demanded someone to kill Mimms' girlfriend or called for Megan to be jailed and beaten for stuff she obviously didn't do.
