For what it's worth, I went to school with Max in Miami and these allegations don't surprise me at all. We certainly were not friends, but several of my closest friends were so it was inevitable that we'd encounter each other on a regular basis. I disliked him from the day I met him, but in the sense that he was weird and annoying and not anything more dramatic than that. That changed when I noticed how he treated his girlfriend. He would constantly make disparaging remarks about her in front of others, seemed genuinely enthusiastic about making her uncomfortable and screamed in her face on several occasions. Apparently, he put his hands on her once at a party our mutual friends and I threw. I didn't see it happen myself, so take it with a grain of salt, but several witnesses told one of my roommates about it and it was serious enough to throw him out of the party. He ended up going somewhere else and getting drunker then tried to force his way back into the party. When we physically restrained him from entering the apartment, he lingered outside and tried to look in our windows to find his girlfriend. When she found out what was going on, she agreed to leave with him because she was convinced he wouldn't go away for any other reason.
The girl in question was probably the single most subservient person I've ever met. She wasn't particularly attractive and she was very meek during social occasions, but she was friendly and I don't know anyone that ever had a problem with her. I do not know if she's the person he allegedly raped. To my knowledge, she isn't, but he treated her like subhuman trash and he had no shame about doing it in front of others. That doesn't make him a rapist, but it definitely reflects important aspects of his character. Regarding the other allegations in the screenshot, I don't recall ever hearing him say anything remotely racist so I'm skeptical of that claim. Seems like the kind of thing you'd throw in so people would be like, "oh shit, he's a racist too!" as if alleged rape isn't sensational enough. The yelling at professors thing is true. Duh, he's a rich egomaniac. The constantly commenting on women's appearances thing is true. I couldn't care less about it, it's certainly not uncommon amongst hormonal twenty somethings, but it did bother me how he'd make a point of doing it in front of his girlfriend's face as yet another way to put her down.
In closing, shitty person. Not a rapist as far as I'm aware, but it wouldn't surprise me at all. Enormous misogynist (in the genuine sense, not the SJW definition that's as malleable as they need it to be to suit their agenda). He genuinely did seem to hate women. Still comfortably in my top 5 for least pleasant people I've ever encountered nearly 8 years after graduation.
I went to school with Max in Miami as well and was his friend. At first as an on/off lurker I wasn't going to comment about the CDAN post because the allegations were so ludicrous people could see they were bs.(Beyond the wacky naked girl part, the racist accusations are equally untrue. He was the only white person in the black students group at the college.)
As someone who spent a good amount of time around him I never saw him ever publicly criticize his girlfriend(s) or scream at them or "put his hands on them" or any of the behavior you are talking about. I've never even heard this story of him being thrown out of party that you mentioned.
Max has talked in interviews about how he would pressure girls into changing their appearance for his sake. I can attest to this, (Clothes, hair, etc. Didn't seem like a weight issue, the girls were already thin) however any such pressuring happened between the two of them privately. I never saw any of this behavior publicly. The only "misogynist" behavior I saw was for a few months between relationships he fucked around a with a few girls at the same time.
The truth is Max has always had a huge target on his back because of his personality. He's very loud, energetic, center of attention, take charge kind of person. Typically when people meet him they either love/hate him immediately as his personality can be overwhelming. Plus he's not at all shy about telling people if he doesn't like or disagrees with them.
