What the plans are exactly, I don't like to speculate much on , other than I don't think they're going to be activated until social order has sufficiently broken down in the key inner cities where everybody else will be cheering it on. Many camps definitely exist and the rumor that the shut down walmarts will be converted seems likely to be true. I saw a credible report, with photos, from inside the cars of car carrying rail cars that had been converted for human transport.

If you follow the money from Charlottesville, you will find George Soros providing the funding for the left wing's flags, placards, posters, t shirts and gimme caps and the Koch Brothers funding the right and the old guard Rothschild-Morgan-Rockefeller crowd playing both ends from the middle, not caring who wins.
