The best idea is for the two of you to meet at a local gym where the grudge match may be held as "sparring" in a manner consistent with local law. The other customers and trainers will serve as a buffer if emotions get heated. However, I expect that after a few rounds of back and forth, the two of you will have worked out my your animosity and come to respect one another as men and as fellow warriors.

If you wish to concede the match and take the loss, please do so publicly and in writing. What would be worse than losing through nonattendance because one participant thought that the other had conceded?
Some time before the match I would like to have the opportunity to go through the rules as well as answer any relevant technical questions you may have.
