Especially the commissioner. For the artist it can be one of those "it's a paycheck so fuck it" kind of deals, so unless the is evidence otherwise I give them a pass.

Or in those cases where the artist might be weird as fuck but otherwise they're a good person. It's like "no one asked or paid you to draw a giant, sentient ear of corn sodomizing cattle while on fire but you have donated a ton to charities that keep kids far away from giant sentient cobs of corn. ".
They're still going on a watch list though.

It's where art as a form of expression really rings true. I'd rather someone get their weird out on paper/canvas/tablet then building a basement dungeon. And if they want to share that art on any form of social media that is fine too, but it will be open to criticism and the artist may become a bit of a pariah as a result.
