Exactly, and that's the thing - at most Phil can complain about 'detractors' (possibly only one tweet from TXT) got the company to actually do some research. But LAHLCOW aside, they only need to see The Incident video to realize they need to drop Phil, and he did the entirely himself.
And for all his bluster about this being illegal, he still clearly has no understanding of contracts. I really doubt they don't have a probationary period, or even a clause that says they can drop an affiliate if they believe they do not suit the brand. I'd also be surprised if the contract didn't request some degree of confidentiality. So if anyone is slandering here, it's Phil. For those saying Phil lucked out by having TXT intervene early, in this case it actually hit him harder because this went down before he even got a free chair out of it. Any longer and Phil would have actually got something.
Unrelated, but I also just want to point out in his Week in Preview, he notes that Leanna 2.0 will be helping him to clean out Leanna 1.0's office. This low key completely destroys his previous statement that he couldn't do it because he didn't want to pay the trash fee. Instead of doing it over months to avoid the fee, he'll eat the fee and do it in 4 days. So what's the real reason? He needed someone to help him, or to do it for him. Which we knew, but laziness confirmed nonetheless.
I am now 100% convinced that Phil does nothing but knee jerk reactions, uploads them to YouTube thinking he got whatever point across he wanted too and doesn’t realize that he just REEE’d and burnt bridges and all around made an ass of himself. That’s why when presented with evedance his mind goes “Fake, dood! Snippet of truth! They edited it!” When presented with his own words verbatim like somebody stitched together sentences using editing magic. Then, to make himself feel better will project his own flaws on someone or something. The delusion is strong with this one.

While it might be true that he got some pity bucks from this. I do think it matters more that opseat as a company basically was informed and that they canceled their sponsorship instead of having their chairs be knowing as the jerk of chairs of dsp, killing their business.

The video evidence, the massive amount of videos talking about it, and the sheer publicity of it makes it the one thing he could never damage control. It's alright to talk about it because he couldn't "revisionist history" it away.

@EddyB43 Question. Is it possible to calculate Jezal's total contributions? I know he's one of Captain Gouthabs biggest whales. Just curious exactly how much he's given. Seems like every single stream he donates anywhere from $5 to $100. That's gotta add up to something substantial.

This was Popsicolo, about a month before DSP had returned to Twitch, admitting he'd leave DSP playlists running sometimes when he went out. It became a meme because it was so silly. It's the second image, I've highlight Popsicolo's statement in red, DSP's lines in orange - it's the 3rd from bottom line where DSP states "thanks pops, i appreciate you doing that"
It's also a condescending and snide way of showing that he is second guessing what the person wrote. Basically a part Phil's Twitter M-O: unnecessarily arrogant and angry in every reply.

Well, after a few attempts to hide it. He initially tried to claim he was scratching his leg, but the video evidence was strong and his ability to revise history couldn't counter it, so he finally conceded the truth. But even then the narrative keeps changing. Sometimes he likes to laugh and meme about it, other times people need to stop bringing it up because its in the past. Sometimes it unfairly haunts him, and other times his career was totally unaffected because he's indomitable. He had to admit it, but it still gets the patented Burnell Spin.
