Is the guy some well known reaction Youtuber? I honestly have no idea who the boy is. How has CA not taken him down from copyright issues? Considering so many CA contributors have whined about other videos being made of their work without their permission. (Lupa I'm looking at you, you did this the most and it was pretty embarrassing.)

Doug would be a hypocrite if he started flagging videos that are using his footage under fair use.

Not that I doubt he's enough of an asshole to do it.
