Another great example is in Arkham Asylum. Yes, he spends 30 minutes being an idiot, but he never rages hard, never blames the game, it's developers, it's fans, it's controls, etc.

What. The. Fuck.

. . .and it's crazy how different he sounds. I mean he's an insufferable prick in a lot of his older videos but you contrast Old Phil to Bitter Phil, god damn it's night and day. This is not a guy who has aged well, physically or mentally.

This is basically a constant with anyone who goes into business in a field they love. They grow to hate it and resent it. What is interesting is that we get to see it streamed live over several years. It's amazing. I legitimately believe, completely seriously, that Phil needs to be a case study used in business school. This man has documented almost every day of his life with video for a decade, sliding from happy optimism all the way down to bitter, dejected, self loathing, and he did it all so subtly that you couldn't percieve it as it happened.

In prestream this evening, someone commented that it was weird that he is having Leanna 2.0 clean out the office. Phil's retort was that it was not weird because it makes total sense, since it'll be her office and she can decide if she wants to keep certain stuff. No comment regarding the cost.

Then he goes on to say the new girlfriend is going to help him get on track with his sleep schedule.

Then he said that people went and clicked on his ads and got him banned from Adsense because they felt bad for him, and it's a detractor lie that he asked people to do so. I guess Fred had a time machine and forced him to film the vlog where he asks for clicks? He was off camera with a gun, clearly.

It always blows my mind how he can flip-flop seamlessly with these narratives. A few months ago, he was the master of his schedule after the oppressive Leanna regime ended, and the office was off limits because he couldn't afford to clean it out. I don't know if he's losing his grip and can't keep track of all this, or if he is so confident that nobody can seem to call him out that he figures he can just say whatever makes him look good in the moment. I used to be pretty sure it was the former, but it feels like he's really ramping up the spin lately.

EDIT: When gameplay started, he insists that there is no Youtube video of him asking people to click on ads, he only asked them to 'participate'. I guess that was the 8 year long con of him using slippery language in the video, just to lie in a prestream, because it sure didn't fool Google at the time...

I think he assumes people won't be able to find his past lies because there are about 8 million videos to sort through. Unfortunately for him his lies are archived by detractors so we know what he said. He told people to click on ads. He said he wouldn't make a new ad sense account because it is against TOS and he isn't the kind of person to scam the system to make money. He then talked about how hard it was to create a new ad sense account.

He said he couldn't clean out the office because Washington state only allows you to throw one trash can worth of garbage away per week. Any more and he would face huge fines. People asked why he didn't take it to the dump. He literally can't do that guys. Now his maid is going to clean it.

He really has been cranking out lies overtime recently. "Last 6/12 months" recent. Why have they gotten so much more ambitious? Someone hundreds of pages earlier suggested that, with the Sons of Kojima broken up, he feels untouchable in a way. Sounds laughable. They weren't some kind of political group. But could it be true? How?

...And now, I guess, he's decided to just take the L and pay "hundreds of dollars" to Waste Management so they can haul away Leanna's belongings after it's all been sorted and thrown away?
Great minds think alike! @Surly Muppet @Sparkletor

Phil asked people to commit click fraud in a video that was only as big a milestone as his FACE REVEAL:
At this point, the only thing that would nail him on the matter is direct confrontation with the video. You'd have to perform some kind of rickroll live on stream. He doesn't do call-in segments anymore for his podcast, so...

"Those sick detractor nudnick shitdicks CLONED me and through some sort of HACKING posted a video to MY channel with my clone saying INCRIMINATING THINGS. I don't understand any of it, but it's fake."

He was talking about doing a regular cooking show with Leanna 2.0.
So much for her having a private life, considering din din is the only time Philip will speak to her and now that will be monetized.

I really wonder what her perspective is on this. Because privacy or living on film... one of those is what she has in mind, but at this point it's unclear which she wants, and which Phil wants.

He's also flying off about 'Why am I toxic' and masturbating in front off children. He's in full Old Man Burnell crazy rant mode tonight.

the son of a bitch actually did it, he put some editing in it; pray to god he continues it (obviously he won't, but still)

Even Leanna admited she wasn't sated in bed in some vlogs so there's that.

True, nothing that is really news. But odd that he'd bluntly admit that considering this was a rare case where the truth was actually obscured in his favor. It's hard to tell when she was joking, and we don't have the actual timeline of their relationship decline. Then he goes and admits it out of nowhere. Subsequently he'll have to lie about it in the future to make himself look like some sort of sex god. "We mutually broke up because she just couldn't handle all the penne!"

He's almost certainly drunk. Typical of PUBG night streams.

The first crack in the front of "I'm never talking abut the breakup" was him lamenting in a podcast last summer that they "grew apart." Not tuning in tonight, but can you elaborate what he said about the proposal?

I was half-listening while I was working, but someone asked something about the proposal. And Phil said "WRONG" and that he never proposed. He did his usual semantic game where he said previously in the Xmas vlog that she just bluntly stated he should give her the ring and he did, and that there was no 'romantic proposition'. Therefore, the new conclusion is that he never actually proposed.

I can't really think of what he gains from this lie, because all it serves to do is undermine all the times he said it was a proposal. We're probably prepping up to deny that she was ever the fiancee, I guess? To make the soulmaid all the more special when she eerily becomes the ''first legitimate fiancee".

Edit: wording

He ASSURED us, as recently as the Christmas Extravaganza podcast, that the engagement was legit! despite admitting it was a last resort to save the relationship. Either he's feeling especially pessimistic tonight, or you're correct. The new slave is going to have her importance hyped way up. Phil had better keep his eyes open and make sure she doesn't find those slanderous uncut videos uploaded to his own channel.

If this new slave will have "more importance" does that include a proposal? If it does, and considering how few days/weeks they have been together and already moving in, how fast does he pop the question?

This just came out of nowhere. Nobody mentioned detractors in any sense.
