there will be no lolsuit (yet) because Russell has yet to file the proper song and submit it to professionals for recording. until we are soothed by the dulcet tones of "you will never have to moderate another lame thread, Null" and have Null fail to follow thru w the requisite happy ending, then Russell will not have grounds to file the lolsuit. I mean, IANAP, but thats what i have have learned from Russ. he has put hardly effort into scoring off of Null.

As wonderful as that sounds, does Russ even have the money to file a suit right now? He's had to move a bunch lately and he's looking for a new job. I wouldn't be surprised if his barrier to filing is the $80 or so fee to file.

I think any thought of a lawsuit is optimistic, unfortunately.

Unless I'm forgetting one, all of his lawsuits involved being mad that a woman wouldn't ride his dick. He would probably be too cowed by the thought of a male to actually initiate anything.

He only sues them because he thinks they’ll actually have to show up personally in court and then they’ll see his drooling face and realize what a catch he is.
He likely doesn’t want to fuck Null.

The lawsuits he's done so far that I remember are the Swift one that got him on TV, the Ariana one we followed, and his ongoing brothel one "Greer vs. Herbert" or whatever.

I think he threatened to sue Farrah Abraham, but when her people threatened a countersuit he sat down and shut up real quick.

All the others were just threats and insults he posted on social media.

He also tried to sue one of the girls at the Bunny Ranch as I recall. I forget if it's the one he ran out the clock on without fucking her, or the one who told him off for him harassing her other Johns on Twitter and cancelling her 'date' with him as a result. Might have been both, I'm pretty sure I remember both of them successfully getting restraining orders against him.

He did. He dropped his own case before it went to trial, however, because she got a lawyer and filed a countersuit. He claimed on his Facebook he dropped it because she 'begged him on her knees crying', which he then immediately had to admit in comments didn't actually happen, it's just what he imagined because he's a creepy misogynistic narcissist. This was the first time he was operating under the theory that the person he sued would have to show up in person, not just send a lawyer, I think. For some reason the fact none of the ladies he's sued have had to show up in person has made him realize that's not actually the case.

Which lawsuit was the one where he included some random hooker he slept with as a co-plaintiff and she (rightfully) got pissed for getting outed publicly as a hooker? (Or did I imagine that one up?)

That was the lawsuit he filed against the state of Utah to try to legalize prostitution. He thought having an actual prostitute as a co-plaintiff would add to the legal weight of his basis to file a lawsuit. Obviously he gave no thought to the feelings of the woman in question, because women only matter to Russhole in terms of whether they'll sleep with him or not. He literally doesn't treat them like people.

It's more than sex though. He wants to use women to make himself look better too. He uses his fb female "friends" to show off he is liked. He wanted to use TS, AG, and FA as a way to get famous. And he used that prostitute as a Co-clamiant to get his "point" across. Basically if Russ can't use you for sex he'll use you to make other people think he has basis for his arguments.
