He thought having an actual prostitute as a co-plaintiff would add to the legal weight of his basis to file a lawsuit. Obviously he gave no thought to the feelings of the woman in question, because women only matter to Russhole in terms of whether they'll sleep with him or not. He literally doesn't treat them like people.

It's also illegal to steal someone's identity to fake them into a lawsuit they have nothing to do with, also it's practicing law without a license to pretend to be representing someone else.
