I know that a lot of Zak's defenders are probably just deviants who are shielding themselves by talking about how harassing pedos is NEVER OKAY, but part of me feels kind of bad for his younger fans who really believe that he'll "never do it again" and "he really feels bad about it." It's sad because it's really obvious from the Skype call and from Zak's actions that he's a sociopath who has emotionally manipulated some people into feeling pity for him. They all think they're doing him a service, but they're really not. Creeps like him don't really appreciate pity or empathy since they ultimately don't understand or care about how other people feel. If he gets into contact with his sympathizers, he'll likely just use their goodwill as a stepping stone to do the same shit again. People like him don't really "change," they just pretend they have as long as they need to in order to protect their own skin.

Hopefully he goes to jail before he can get another one of these dumbass kids into a sexual roleplay chat.

I commented on this guys art but he removed it.
Basically I commented on how his other art is shit so he clearly stole the artwork, he then proceeded to say he loves Zak and had been drawing that art before finding out about the pedo shit.

My username is "Anothertoonvictim3" so he proceeded to tell me I was only calling out his art because I want attention for what Zak did to me, he then told me that I enjoyed what Zak did and I miss the attention which is why I'm commenting on shit about him.
He then told me he draws tons of edgy shit like rape, suicide and murder and that he doesn't post that shit.

I wish I screenshotted this conversation, I've never met anyone so blinded by fandom to the point of blaming child victims instead of their abusers.

(I was never touched by Toon btw)

Say what you want about the petition, but it's objectively not a witch hunt. The reasons the petition was created are stated in no uncertain terms. This is a legit issue with these two people.

That said, if you don't support a petition, do you know what you can do? Not sign it.
Honestly, attacking a petition like this is one of the single most anti free speech things I have ever fucking seen.
Usually people shut people down on twitter or youtube or something for being dicks in conversations (when that's irrelevant).
Now the 'tists are shutting down formal petitions that they disagree with. Legit bottom of the barrel now.
