Diseased #Comicsgate - The Culture Wars Hit The Funny Books!

D&C said something in a recent video that's interesting if true. According to him there are insiders telling him that there are two main "deep state" type groups behind the direction comics went in by bullying/blackmailing others and they frequently fight with each other. Do we have any clue who are in these two competing cliques?

I think Heather and Tamra are obivious suspects but I haven't looked into if they have any real connections. Supposedly it's mostly a bunch of troons and women.

It's the most shallow form of transtrender, which I wrote down initially to describe her but then decided to include the profile picture instead. Normally white girls who can't get a boyfriend and want to participate in the oppression olympics with the least effort possible. I saw someone the other day that just wrote down "questioning" as their gender status, as if gender-vague was too specific.

You really should be over your random rebellious goth/bi/"im fucking a black guy, fuck you daddy" phase in your teenage years.

Like I said earlier, they gave WOLVERINE an infinity stone, specifically the Space gem. They gave wolverine the ability to teleport anywhere he wants. Sweet candy coated jesus, I smell retcons out the ass incoming.

Is there a word for feeling more annoyed at someone being a living stereotype than you are at what they did? It's an emotion I frequently have while reading about people's antics.

I've been following this spergery due to a general interest in the culture wars. I don't know if it's been mentioned but EVS just recently did the art for Jordan B. Peterson's 12 Rules for Life. It might be another reason they're so intent on getting at him just now. And going about it this way means they don't ever have to say anything about JBP, his book or EVS's ties to it. But if they get EVS they can try and pin it on JBP. Just a thought and I don't think it's overly conspiratorial.

I don't really understand the people who say this. Sure, maybe it never had a scene as blatantly shameless as the infamous "Ethics in Hammer-wielding" scene, but when you pick up any of the more recent issues it's still painfully obvious that Jason Aaron is still as salty as ever about the criticism Jane Thor got. Odin's still been warped into a raging misogynist tyrant - that he was never shown to be prior to this arc - who can't stand that Jane's getting her girl cooties all over his son's hammer and is pretty much the book's main antagonist, it's still a huge overarching plot point that Odin's put a bounty on Jane Thor's head and has labeled her "The False Thor" while Jane recieves aid from the women of Asgard in secret, and it's still littered with foreshadowing that Jane Thor will forever go down in history as "the best Thor" who just wasn't appreciated in her time despite not having really done anything noteworthy or any more noble than anything the real Thor has done.

Really the only reason this series seems to get a pass from anyone is because the art is better than what's typically expected of an Marvel SJW comic, and because after it was revealed that Lady Thor was Jane everyone stopped reading.

The weirdest part of this is how the playbook is exactly the same as in other industries. The thing about there being a "distribution list" is spot on.
