Why does he only buy a 23 inch monitot? Motherfucker sits like six feet from the screen and constantly complains he can't see things.

He's gonna bitch about lag either way, spring for the 40 inch TV if you're gonna laze back on your fucking sofa all day.

He probably paid more for a 'better' 23 inch TV than he would have for a just as good larger screen.

Notice how he doesn’t care about this “sponsorship” at all compared to when OP dropped him? He destroyed an entire company and doesn’t care in the least. It’s because he wasn’t sponsored!

Think about this: in the matter of half a day after announcing he got (bought) this chair, he completely dismantled a company. How awful must your life be for that to happen?
Shows how little he cares for anything that isn't providing for him, same thing with BSV, when he got banned and couldn't support Phil anymore it was some quick excuses and blaming people and nothing more.

It is now 5th february 2018, he had to pay his back-tax by the end of january, strange how he have keept completly silent about it, never mention how much he was forced to pay or if he even paid it to begin with...
He said he paid it weeks ago and that he would NEVER disclose how much he owed.

Why is he playing Shadow of the Colossus? Is it because he's ragequit everything else and has no alternatives? You know he's just going to shit all over it because of the slow pace, and make fucking awful jokes over all the cutscenes. That game is like the anti-Phil.

"She doesn't want any Internet presence"

"She might appear in a couple tweets/instagram but won't be involved in my channel"

"She might help me film here or there"

"She could be involved in a couple videos."

"She'll be starring in cooking videos."

What the fuck. Besides the obvious, why does Phil think his fans want to meet his sub goals so some girlfriend they've never seen can make videos? Why wouldn't they want Phil to cook. Its not even like they've met the girlfriend in videos before and she's engaging/interesting and Phil's fans said they wouldn't mind more of her.

His fans obviously love to watch cooking shows so his girlfriend cooking will be white hot entertainment. They don't watch cooking with the king to see a 35 year old man fuck up cooking hot dogs, eating toast he dropped on the nasty floor, pour bacon grease down the toilet, or not be able to put taco seasoning in beef without spilling it everywhere. Sounds good?

I'll bet this gf has a plan all laid out:

1. Get Phil to pay to move all her stuff from point A to point B.

2. Get Phil to buy her new clothes and get her driver's licence all sorted out

3. Stay with Phil for a couple months to see what other luxuries she can pull out of his bank account.

4. All the while looking for another place to stay, in Washington, where she wanted to live anyway

5. Break things off and move her stuff at a fraction of what Phil paid to get it out there.

How is sleeping with Phil multiple times during that time at all worth the shipping costs? Maybe she has no standards or the gout-god has a thicc Italian sausage.

I wouldn't look too far into it to be honest. A lot of people create these sorts of companies with very little investment and merely offer an easy way for people to buy shit online. Your best description is "middle men" which is pretty much the oldest profession on Earth (besides Kimberlie Brink's profession).

There are thousands of websites and companies exactly like this one (Google "dropshipping"). A lot of the off-brand stuff you can buy is essentially the exact same practice too, for example, walmart would go buy a billion toasters, put a generic brand on it and sell them at a budget price rather than designing their own shit.

It's how the world works and beyond documenting and researching their company I can't find it in myself to shit on them for having ambitions. While people may not agree on the concept it'd probably sadden them to know that almost every product they've ever purchased has the same underlying shit happening.

And yeah, that includes every video game or movie you purchase as well because they all have distribution agreements and "middle men". That includes your mobile phone, that includes your car, that includes your toilet paper. Such is life.

No
And they serve a purpose. You’re marginally more likely to get something that isn’t broken if you have a reputable middleman. I’ve lost count of the things I’ve seen people order fram alibaba or some shit that show up just completely fucked.

The first 10 minutes here might give some idea as to why they shut up shop. Basically they're using misleading sales tactics, so them getting doxed wasn't the issue (as most people worked out already). They had a business model based on misleading people, probably didn't expect it to last long but just wanted to flip a few chairs and make easy money before people caught on. Partnering with Phil just got them the wrong kind of attention and people dug all this up before they expected so they decided to cut their losses straight away.

She's getting free boarding in a big-ass home, free clothes, dinner dates, a luxury car to push, staycations, and the ability to leech attention from his YT channel. Plus she's probably not going to bring much with her, personal shit aside. Gout-man already has anything she could possibly need, short of exercise equipment of course.

All she has to do is cook a meal every night, do some basic housewife shit, and occasionally suck his dick for like 3 minutes maybe. It seems like a reasonable trade to me. Most guys her age (assuming she's in her early/mid-twenties) aren't capable of providing her with half of that shit.

Then while she's out "working" she can use that time to get her shit together/start getting dick from dudes she actually wants to fuck -- kind of like Leanna.

But he did research on this company! He made sure they were legit! They packed up so quickly it was as if they weren’t a real company who had contracts and relationships with vendors and partners, but more like a dude in a apartment buying cheap seats and flipping them for monster profit, but surely that’s not the case. Cause he did the research.

And it’s not like branding for a brand new company is important either right? Just take DSPs word for it, the tag might say Giantex, but it is 100% a legit Spawn Seat. Oh wait, all the seats are from China and the same. That’s what he said right? So buy these marked up Chinese seats and ignore the identical seat that is much cheaper.

Fact of the matter is, he bought a $90 chair for $180 in hopes that he could manipulate his idiot fans into buying enough of them to make his initial investment worth it because of the open to anyone affiliate program. Pretty much a low end pyramid scheme. It backe fired and now he has to eat a $180 investment that he will never see a return on, or use lol.

It's a gamble I don't think they would have made if they were actually making any reasonable amount of money. If it worked, "well shit we're in the money"; if not, nothing of value was lost. With how quickly they shut down shop I suspect the volume of sales was next to nothing.

(Since we're on our second gaming chair saga in the span of a single month and we're talking about ordering items from China and the merits of dropshippers/sellers placing markups for items I don't think its that off topic to be autistic about it)

Well yeah, AliBaba is really meant if you're ordering a huge quantity of shit. AliExpress is the Amazon-like version of it (owned and run by the same people). AliExpress is also notable in that its very buyer-oriented. If you have a dispute with a seller they generally tell the seller to get fucked (because they can probably just walk into some rice paddy in China and recruit 100 new sellers) and issue refunds and shit pretty rapidly.

AliExpress does of course have a reputation of having shit/scams but there are very dedicated sellers on there too who would rather run a reputable store than rip people off for no reason. Depending on what you're buying sellers do often have excellent customer service (and I say that having purchased a significant amount from the site from many different sellers).

Whenever I've messaged a seller who is reputable and asked for information about a product or asked about shipping information I get a super polite and well written (as well written as can be expected from China) reply.

It's the same as any online marketplace, you have to be patient and find sellers with a good reputation rather than just seeking out the absolute cheapest items possible. I wouldn't exactly order medical diagnostic equipment from there, but if you're after certain things (like custom cables) its actually a great site.

AliExpress also has a pretty nifty feature where people can not only post reviews but also pictures of the items as they receive them. So often if you're ordering something that's expensive/bulky you'll see reviews from many people (for some reason there are many Russians because AliExpress is like Walmart for Russians or some shit) commenting on not only the product, but its packing and the quality of instructions included and the level of customer service.

When you search as well they give you the option of sorting by "Orders" (meaning you can pick the most-ordered item, which will likely be the best option):

If you go and look for very obscure stuff from sellers with no reputation (like those Chinese generic gaming consoles) then you will be at risk for not getting what you ordered.

Bonus content of Latvian man posting review + pictures of "mankini" they purchased:

(hmm maybe AliExpress needs its own community thread)

Chairgate II was a funny thing to watch unfold really. The fact Phil did no real research into this company to see what they were really about doesn't shock me. It sounds like something he wanted to do to spite folks for losing the one chair sponsorship. So he raced into this one without even looking to see how this company sold chairs.

But hey at least he got a chair this time lol.

A gentle reminder that we've still not had any evidence whatsoever about his taxes but we have had him openly admitting to spending thousands on a few dates with this alleged mystery lady of the female persuasion.

It's almost as if the money he said was needed for taxes was spent on something else entirely...nah surely not.

One of his fanboys tried saying Phil is slandered by people saying she's not real and he proved it's already. I naturally asked for proof. His proof was a tweet from Lauren Beth saying that she was friends with the person in photo pretending to be the escort. I kid you not, I think the fanboy believes that the real woman in those fake escort photos was Phil's woman.

All because I asked for proof of slander towards Phil. They'll parrot Phil's narrative but they're unable to actually back it up.
