Since Phil talks too much and reveals way too much information we know that she was kicked out of her home for some reason and had until February to find somewhere else to live, this is why Phil was rushing the move.
We also know for whatever reason, she doesn't have many clothes and needs new clothes and needs a drivers license again.

Ahhh ok thank you, I missed that. What an odd situation. Still living at home but can fly off to washington to meet some guy from youtube. Maybe the parents finally looked into who she was seeing.

if she was living with her parents, then she is definitely using Phil as a crash-pad until she find a better dick or her own job.

Let's be honest, just like everything else in his life the reveal of the mystery girlfriend is only going to be a disappointment.

She'll be some obnoxious child like Leanna who is too dumb to find a better catch but relatively unremarkable except for us being able to watch Phil poison the well again.

Because he started late, there will be barely anyone to help him.
Claims everyone says its boring.

Says Only reason why people are streaming it is because its overhyped dirt.

Irresponsible speculatiom but maybe Phil says he's in love and she's his soulmate is because... he was a virgin and this woman fucked him and he instantly got pussy whipped.

Happened to one friend. First girl he ever had sex with ruled his life after that. Used him for his money and had a comfy life until he had a major accident, couldn't pay for the same life, and she left.
