It's not legal to refuse service to someone for being a member of a protected class, though. You can refuse service to a black person/gay person for not wearing shoes but not for being black/gay. So if you do refuse them service, you'd better have a legal reason for doing so.

This is the guy in Portland who found the anti-choice gore pamphlet with the fetus pictures in it left on his establishment's tables and then asked the offending group if they wanted to watch him do his boyfriend up the butt right there at their coffee table, yes? Good to see he's at least consistent in other's right to refuse service for anyone, I knew there was a reason I instinctively liked him chimping it out at the outrage peddlers who he doesn't want to see around his place. The one difference between these individual cases I see potentially is that coffee shop guy is refusing service due to behavior in his store from the video that I've seen in that instance, while the bakery, for all I know, and I've not seen video or even much reviewed the reported particulars of the situation, outright told the couple their choice of partners is why they can't spend their money there for service. The former I can support, the latter, if true, shouldn't fly. Come up with a reason other than I don't like where you stick your junk on your wedding night, like you're too busy to bother making a layer cake in each color for each layer, to turn down the job.
If that Walgreen's is the one on Vine St in Hollywood, look up the reviews of the bathroom, you'll see why the doors are locked so the homeless around the Walk of Fame don't wander in to do drugs in there in and then vandalize it more. I myself wonder if this is a store bought from Rite-Aide and it was transferred to new ownership in such bad shape already? These two are just ass-mad that Hollywood pride events would tell them if they attended them to stop being abrasive towards authorities at the event and to have Pajeet ask for the key instead of stink ditching the curb. But since they're rotting out in the desert instead of showing their pride, it's none of their concern anyway this year! No wonder it's social media signaling emanating only from the bravery of being out of range for this pair of ingrates instead.

What if the reason Nina didn't get deported is because of the possible laughs to be had at the new Jonestown they are constructing?
When the whole deportation incident went down, I know a bunch of Kiwis felt it was their patriotic duty to not only send information about what a scam TLL is but to possibly send links of this thread due to all the information archived.
What if someone with some type of power to keep Nina from going back to shitting in streets became a fan of this thread. As they dived further into the austim choo-choo that is Nina and Greta, they knew if Nina go deported, it might end? What if they wanted to see the insane shitshow that is Jonestown, trans style?
