I kinda wished that he actually used sub only mode because to be honest I was there for the whole stream and most people who kept urging him to play online were his mods, whales, and regular paypigs, if he blocked the "trolls" then he would have no room to say that his insult was directed only to the detractors on the stream, oh well

Oh hey, we have a basic metric for whenever Phil tries that argument ad populum shit. He on average spikes up the number in his head by about a hundredfold given only three or four of his viewers said this out of a crowd of a shade under 500. So when he means hundreds or thousands or whatever, just divide the number by 100 and you get a more accurate bearing.

So that "alottapeepul" horseshit really is just one or two paypigs that Phil inflates dramatically.

His insecurity with playing video games is delightful. He truly believes that he is this pro tier gamer in every game out there. Dood just needs to relax and know that it is okay to be bad at some games. Shit, it's okay to be bad at lots of games, they're fucking games. They're not indicative of your character and most people don't give a shit if you do. People shit on you, not for bad gaming, but for being a constant dick for years straight.

The game wasn't completely different. The difference was
1.Online MP did not have on screen prompts to tell you how to do EVERYTHING
2.People didn't let him do 48 guillotines until they tapped out. They actually guarded against the shoots and since he was cheesing the AI with it he legit thought it would work online.

I think its probably two things:

• Vidar is gone (I don't believe this at all, I think he probably has an alt account)
• More importantly: One of the companies involved in the "viewbot industry" actually got sued by Twitch and they lost hardcore: https://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2018-01-25-twitch-wins-usd1-3m-lawsuit-against-view-bots

Ahhh I know Vidar going in the aether would have an affect but honestly stupidly forgot he would use bots. Makes sense though in Vidar streams he would have like 900 - 1100 consistently and around those constantly makes a lotta sense

Also yeah as a few people have noted Goutass failed to notice that the new twitch policy does not become active til the 19th. God does this man never effing read anything.

Just to add to this gongshow, I saw the salt on here and was going to go watch the stream archive. Phil took it down almost immediately after he finished streaming. Now he always pulls it down, but he usually does not do it this fast. He does do this consistently when there is something that he seems to realize is embarrassing or damning (pretty sure he did the same with the Wardog thing). He must have realized pretty quickly this one did not look good.

His quick deletion has saved him before because (he claims) that a Twitch admin contacting him after the Christmas stream to warn him about a complaint, but said they couldn't verify it because the archive was gone. I assume that this was when he said 'faggot'. He's probably going to be deleting these faster now, figuring that if Twitch follows up on any complaints, the archives need to be gone ASAP.

EDIT: Nevermind, the reason for this is obvious from his damage control posts. You can see the chat with the stream archive, so anyone could verify that it was subs asking Phil to play online, not '300 trolls'.

Its ego basically , Phil believes as a "pro" streamer or something you have to be the best at everything and if you play bad , its obviously wrong. I am middle of the road at Call of Duty online in MP. I get some kills , but I'm not a pro COD guy blazing through folks you see. Many folks accept they aren't great at every damn game.

Phil is unable to accept that. He could have had some laughs and was like...holy crap I got beaten bad. I gotta get better. Did more matches and laughed it off. Instead he went off because he couldn't handle people not seeing him be a "pro" gamer lol. Its beyond silly and why there is ton of Salt videos made. And we kinda know that someone recorded this melt down and will be showing it I'm sure.

Well his fans and social media didn't really buy DSP's "I only insult idiot detractors on the streamchat" theory, and rightfully so, only brainwashed piglettes would believe anything Phil said in desperation of damage control as he is bleeding subs in a hurry

The reason people kept spaming him to go online is because he kept saying he was going to and then finding excuses not to.

Not to mention this was by far the most boring playthrough of a game he's ever done. He insisted on doing every single training session even once he'd maxed out the only relevant stats and then he continued to cheese the ai with the same basic strategy.

when he went online he 100% honestly believed that he had learned to play the game right. That's the only thing that could explain the salt. He's been bad at games before and at least lasted a half hour. It took 2 fights of Phil realizing his so good master plan strategy didn't work against real people before he went back to cheesing the ai.

His fans would have been less pissed off if he'd at least turned the difficulty up. And even once the ai didnt immediately submit to the guillotine he bitched.

Based off tonight the game that would make Phil the most happy is a a literal actual movie. Maybe sometimes he'd have to press A to continue every so often but probably not because he could conceivably hit the wrong button.

Basically, Phil only cares about winning. He wants the game to let him win because trying to win implies he can fail. Failing isn't fun, only winning is. Once Phil discovers the win command (takedown, guillotine) he will refuse to do anything else and expects the game to consistently reward his win command with a victory screen. Anything besides Phil inputting the proper sequence of commands he's discovered and being told hes the best is shitty, stupid game design.

If Phil wasn't autistic by birth, the years of social and intellectual isolation have helped him develop it. He's a case study in what shutting an adequately competent human being in a closet for 10 years can do to the human brain.

Edit: And just to reiterate. The 'different game' online is the lack of a visual assist that tells you which direction to tap to prevent takedowns. Online this doesn't exist because it'd obviously be fucking broken. It's training wheels in single player. But he relies on it so heavily when he went back to career mode he spent literally (actual literal) a half hour bitching about how the prompts were back so of course multiplayer where they don't exist is stupid and broken.

This game has set the rage quit record of fastest multiplayer lobby dropped. The game actually ran without visible lag or connection issues and Phil never blamed inputs. It's strictly Phil getting bodied because he refused to learn anything in the career mode he played for 5+ hours except how to beat the easy ai. And he says he played it on Normal (he did) but in typical ea sports fashion Normal is a step above Easy and only difficulty 2 of 5.

I can't think of a time (recently) where Phil has blown up in his chat with such little prompting. And by so little I mean he got bodied online twice and then lit chat on fire with a full tard tantrum.

It's not that chat was tricking him into getting embarassed like he claims, it's that he embarassed himself and had to find something to blame.

Up to that point he'd been promising chat he'd go online.

oh hell, even childrens' movies might be bad because they have to follow the logical story progression of heros not defeating the bad guys the first time, or the baddies submitting right off the bat.
