Amber isn’t on disability. All good information above, but simply put: you need a doctor to sign off that you are disabled. We all know she hasn’t been to a doctor in 8 years.
That could change if she actually does go to a physician, but like somebody said, Kentucky won’t let obesity be a reason for disability so she’s not going to get it, plus it’s difficult and we know Amber avoids all difficult situations.
She could be on food stamps/SNAP. Probably is. She was years ago when she and Casey were an item so I don’t know why she’d not continue. She could easily lie about what she earns on YouTube.
You are supposed to file taxes, no matter what your situation, as soon as you are not a dependent. It doesn’t mean you pay. Not filing taxes can come back to bite you with some hefty penalties plus interest on your earnings.
YouTube and pretty much all social media considers their influencers independent contractors, so she does have to file her taxes on her own. They send a statement of earnings, so it wouldn’t be hard.
Amber has some large student loans, so any refund that the government would owe her would be confiscated and put towards that.
As for health insurance, Yes, she should pay a fine for not having it. But if she doesn’t file taxes, they can’t collect. Yet...see penalties for not filing..
Like her health, all this financial neglect will one day come crashing down on her. YouTube won’t last forever, plus she barely can come up with vlog ideas as it is. Someday, the government will discover she hasn’t filed, and then she won’t get needed services, because the government always takes their share. Always.
Without the people who prop her up now, she could easily end up homeless, sick, and broke. Every one of those wax tarts and chokers could have been a dollar saved to protect against financial ruin, but as you know...Amber doesn’t ever do anything mature or for long-term gain.
