I was scrolling through her instagram for similar reasons once, and I was shocked at how small she looked in the ~350lb era. Obviously she was still huge, but it was the smallest I've seen her. She didn't have the raccoon beetus eyes or the sparse eyebrows from her skin stretching. The color of her skin looked a little different too. It's alarming to compare the two. She looks like walking death now.

Amber has some large student loans, so any refund that the government would owe her would be confiscated and put towards that.

As for health insurance, Yes, she should pay a fine for not having it. But if she doesn’t file taxes, they can’t collect. Yet...see penalties for not filing..

Like her health, all this financial neglect will one day come crashing down on her. YouTube won’t last forever, plus she barely can come up with vlog ideas as it is. Her OB/GYN kept telling her she had to lower her sugar intake or her fetus would die and she kept telling the reporter she's aware of her diabetes but she ultimately didn't really care and preferred her junk food/vegetables made her cry.

Also, from what I understand food stamps are issued by the state, right? After being with Kasey she moved three (I think) times - Virginia, Florida and Kentucky. Wouldn't she have to re-apply every time?
