Disaster Mass shooting at florida high school - Beware the autism

Multiple people have been injured in an active shooter situation at a high school in south Florida, police confirmed.

The Broward Sheriff's Office is responding to the shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland.

The Coral Springs Police Department is asking students and teachers to remain barricaded inside until police reach you.

According to WSVN, at least three people were seen surrounded by first responders and one person was seen being wheeled into an ambulance. There are reports of up to 20 injuries.

He has no court record in Broward County and he's not registered to vote. Some people have confused him with Nicolas de Jesus Cruz ( DOB 05/26/1998 ) who has a couple of traffic violations in Broward and is registered to vote as a Democrat.

Nikolas Cruz is the correct spelling.
He is an orphan. Father died several years ago and mother died in November.
Has a brother named Zachary.
They were adopted by the parents who died. Originally lived in New York.

After taking a look at the news, /pol/ and the Twitterverse I want to know if I understood things correctly:
  • a literal le56percent.jpeg kid who looks like an inbred version of Buzz from Home Alone shoots up a school
  • some autists on 4chan make a 24-hour-op where they claim that he had ties to the Republic of Florida militia
  • the ROF leader, being blessed with a few chromosomes too much, is fully aware of the prank and in spite of that plays along to 'le epik troll' the Jews
  • the media initially buys it which, given the fact that the ROF members are also 56%ers in more ways than one, is understandable
  • retractions are later issued but they, and to an extension the alt-right, still got all the negative attention they don't need
Is my assessment so far correct? If yes then we'd have one legitimately funny thing out of this tragedy.

has anyone noticed that this school shooting has opened people's eyes more than any other school shooting? i went to funnyjunk today and there's tons of sympathy across the board along with people opening up to the fact that they might've been a school shooter given their situation and how they act

one of them is even thinking of opening a non profit to specifically reach out to the kids to help them

the fact that a lot of it/the aftermath was recorded probably is contributing to this. i doubt any sort of change will come from it though, just the same empty words we usually get.
