i can't remember which one, but fred accused a member of the SoK of lying about moving houses (and not being able to spend time with the group) because their creaking door sounded exactly the same

also, @neger psykolog i would tell you to get a life but i'm legitimately terrified you'll dox me by linking the pixels in my various online texts together to form a picture of my backyard

Why isn't Phil going to use the in game soundtrack if the issue isn't monetization? He claims he's got some other important reason he can't use the soundtrack.

As far I know YouTube won't mute the videos or something?

Some of those sperg don't want to see Phil happy. Take Fayt for example, seeing how scared he was that Phil had a girlfriend that was real blew his mind. When she was revealed he had to deflect his previous reactions by saying "Oh she's ugly guys lol I wasn't scared at all." basically if people like that see Phil happy about something they will immediately try to twist it so they seem better. A-loggery is a hell of a drug Huh.

Phil has said multiple times that people can do whatever the fuck outside his circle.

This dogface still has to constantly act like a chivalrous champion, tagging Phil and alerting him to any groups of people on the forums who dare make fun of the goutprophet. "LOOK! LOOK! THEY'RE MOCKING YOU! AREN'T YOU GOING TO TELL THEM IT'S WRONG!?" It's like exactly what the nerdiest, most hated kids did when anyone was having any fun in school at the expense of the adults, they ran to the teachers and came back tattling about how it was so "immature."

The people on TKOH are such exceptionals in so many ways, it hurts.

It was Moogle, over him daring to be friendly with other groups, particularly Renegade Operative's TCE now TIAS. The lack of gifted subs is why Phil's total sub count is down so much. He had...85 or so last month? Compare with just 12 this time. Detailed stats below:

Maybe @EddyB43 can give some info on tips thus far. I've seen a few big ones ($20 and $50) but don't know the total. As always, if there's something you'd like to see added, feel free to ask.

Tips wise for February onwards I'm only tracking visible tips, since can we really trust what DSP says? Plus I was missing any shoutout only tips during gameplay that I no longer watch. Finally DSP raised the visible notification limit from $2 to $5 during January 29th...

With those provisos, I've tracked ~$891.91 in tips up until today (none during time off of course because no streams).

Gifted subs in January haven't all expired yet, for example the biggest day for gifted subs was January 23rd for the Mario Sunshine premiere, 21 out of 34 gifted, 12 by the same account, so that's not the only reason it's been dropping.
I only count ~$1289.86 in bits through to the end of February 11th's 2nd stream of PUBG, ~$8.93 less than your count - but this makes sense considering the occasional cheer that doesn't go through for some reason (e.g. Cheer### never seems to work vs. cheer###, sometimes they just don't have the bits).
Subs is the strange one - your count is correct bar me removing 1 'duplicate reshare'. I check the user ID within the same month's file before counting it, so if I see User X resubs for 5 months twice during a month, I don't count the second one, UNLESS the monetary value of the sub has changed (e.g. Prime to $9.99). The one I've removed this month was pretty ridiculous, both sub notifications on the SAME DAY, 2 out of the 3 subs in that stream.

I don't really mind people calling me lifeless or autistic (especially on a 2474 page thread about a streamer) but I guess I'll explain the reasons why I find it interesting:
  • Ethnography / understanding motivations
    • Most of the most a-loggy people seem to have some sort of bizarre misfortunes in life.
  • Attack vectors on internet users
Kiwifarms is interesting in that its a website that pushes just about every single boundary yet still has rules attached. Every time something comes up its never "normal". There's always some bizarre element of things and the landscape always changes.

The Bronsgeest's for example were particularly fascinating, because my only explanation at the time for "Kimberlie Brink" was that she was either an escort (which I fully believed at the time) or someone who had spent about a decade of their life catfishing. Of course, turns out it was actually a couple who were catfishing. I'm doubtful that people that have catfished for that long have ever been researched much.

There's plenty of interesting stuff out there and just reading and not doing digging means you only get a certain aspect of the stories.

Got up early to start something that takes 9 hours in a slow cooker? So... 8 or 9 AM? Then again, I guess Phil considers anything before noon early.

The amount of people on Phil's social media that give anything even resembling a fuck about the boring minutiae of his life astound me. "I bought plants", "here's a profile shot of my goblin head at my desk", "I bought a chair", "today we're having dinner". Is this him bragging? And who are the mouth breathers oohing and aahing at these "milestone" "achievements"?

Ive smoked briskets and pork butts in under 9 hours. I’ve seen family slow cook ribs and pot roasts in under 9 hours. I don’t use them because I don’t like them, but 9 hours seems excessive.

Just seems lazy when the house contains 2 people who aren’t leaving said house all day.
