We told this moron repeatedly that it probably wasn't a good idea to harass the police constantly about nothing and take video of himself harassing the police where he was obviously smoking dope.

Honestly, I think that if Tootes didn't constantly and persistently annoy the police about those "god damn trolls" while chimping out at them everytime they "mis-gendered" him over the phone, they more than likely wouldn't have even given a shit about his pot smoking.

How do you do that? Every pothead I know is paranoid as fuck. They hide their stashes when friends they haven't known that long come over. They all know like eight different ways to get the smell out of clothes. One motherfucker I know literally only smokes by exhaling through a paper towel tube with a bunch of those scented dryer sheets stuffed in it. He claims it masks the smell, keeps it from getting in the furniture and carpet.
Tommy went to the court of his own free will. He planned on going. And when confronted with the knowledge that he would be walking into a building full of nothing but law enforcement people, his first thought was "Well, better not forget my weed and pipe. Don't want to be without that."

God help me, I never thought I'd say it:
This was an exceptionally stupid thing to do, even by Tommy Tooter standards.

This is Tommy, after all. He probably believed, with all conviction, that his 4th amendment rights would prevent the cops from finding his sneak-a-toke kit filled with Mexican ditch weed because he wasn't "doing anything wrong".

I remember a couple weeks ago, he was harassing the county clerk over the phone, demanding to know if he went down to the court would he be able to talk to a judge regarding their lack of action to "protect him from cyberbullies".

I bet you anything, he got all fucked up and delusional at home, then decided to hoof it down to the courthouse and yell incoherently down the hallways about cyberbullies committing fraud, impersonation and defamation. When he refused to leave until he saw a judge, he was probably detained and searched, all the while screaming about his rights.

as usual, your speculations are as absurd as your supposed motivation for running these threads in the first place. i wasn't even in the right building and all i was there for was to get forms to fill out to file.

what happened was that i was carrying a utility knife on my key chain and a can of pepper spray and when they searched my purse, they found a couple of roaches i had forgotten about. rolling paper is considered paraphernalia. it gives them wiggle room on a plea bargain.

So you went to the courthouse to fill out some forms with weapons on you, entered the wrong building, got searched and pinched for having roaches and rolling papers.

Why would you go into the courthouse with weapons? Everyone knows knives and pepper spray aren't allowed. Sounds like you created this whole mess yourself by just not thinking things through.

my mind was on a completely different plane with the show and i wasn't thinking at all about the contents of my purse. the court i needed to file in was in a different building. shit happens. i'll volunteer at SAAF and work off the fines.
