Reminder that every single person who streams or does lets plays does it for money. If they say anything positive its for money. Even if they do it as a hobby and get $0 from it and don't want money... they're doing it for money. Somehow. All hundreds of thousands of people. They're ALL doing it for money and DSP isn't.

Projection at its finest. Phil has said many times he doesn't even watch other people (a lie, of course, since he throws a hissy fit whenever one of them mentions him) so of course he projects his own attitude towards them. He's the one always praising people for being pahsitive and makes fake ack ack acks at the beginning of any playthrough. Taste aside, streamers know that people want to see them play, whether they think something is a 10/10 or below average, and because they don't want to seem elitist they take any problems with the games with humor.

It's time to smell the coffee, DSP; Someone playing Yet Another Five Nights At Freddy's likely knows it's dumb, and that's why they take it all in stride instead of acting like a manbaby. People play even the worst games gleefully in the presence of other people, and unlike Phil, they think of their audience as participants in a wonderful hobby with its ups and downs. They're not acting. They're having fun.

Asshole.

But being insanely NEGATIVE all the time is a-okay for Phil.
Can someone explain to me how liking a game brainwashes viewers in giving them money? "This guy likes a game! Let's throw money at him!" (?)
For all I know: Drama and controverse opinions create big money. Phil acts like there is a big conspiracy in the gaming industry and only he recognised the patterns.

"Ill continue to be honest ignorant about game releases".
Fixed it.

This is also coming from the guy who won't even acknowledge your existence unless you pay at least 50 cents. I remember once, during his anti Twitch days (which make him seem super hypocritical) there was a forum thread where he said something like "I bet you can't even find 20 people on Twitch right now who are popular and who don't take money from their fans and pause the entire stream and gameplay just to give a shoutout and its all about the shoutouts!" (Remember that argument? Where he used to say people giving shoutouts are stupid because they pause the game for 5 minutes just to give the shoutout and they dance and stuff and other wild claims?) and then someone replied with "You're right I couldn't find 20. I found 50." and linked them all, then the thread was deleted.

So DSP straight up knows he's wrong on this. I think part of the reason he doesn't watch others is that he knows he'll be proven wrong and his perception of other streamers and Youtubers will be skewered and as long as HE believes its the truth it'll come out more truthful. So he's just in denial and settles with this false truth. But on some level, he is aware that he's wrong and he's lying. He's just too scared to watch other streamers to show he's lying. Any time he's been told he's wrong then linked to a bunch of streamers as proof he's freaked the fuck out and wiped entire threads/comments/conversations. Basically those times I'm sure you've seen where he gets completely proven wrong to the point he can't do his "last comment" response and lock flee tactic because he has absolutely no response as he's been proven wrong that badly, so he just wipes the entire thread and denies its existence. He does that when proven wrong with the Twitch streamers. So he's AWARE that he's wrong I think he's just in denial about it and tunes out anything that proves him wrong to keep this false truth going that everyone on Twitch is money hungry and does it for the money and he's the only one that does it for fun.

Aware? Hardly. I know I keep repeating myself, but the man is a narcissist and par for the course is that he completely blots out the stains on his intelligence from his memory. If you asked him about any of those incidents where he was proven wrong, I honestly believe he'd be telling the truth when he said he "couldn't remember" something like that happening. He deludes himself into being a straight-up dude with mental gymnastics all day long every single day.

Incidentally I do also believe him saying he's struggled with depression and I believe narcissism is how he coped with it and has coped with everything ever since because that shit works (in a sense.) He's a lost cause if he doesn't get to a psychiatrist and get some psychotherapy, which will never happen because see above.

Of course it's always harder to do this crap when you're living around other people a lot, which is why he always loses friends and family so fast; They see what's going on and they speak out when they really care about him, and he starts blocking them out of his life because he can't stand it. The reality hurts too much so he has to get away from these thaxic peepul. And so the circle begins anew. In a few months after every bridge burned he has already convinced himself that he did everything he could for those people and they were just terrible friends/family.

His future's looking bleaker every day and it's painful to witness.

Well its no shock that Phil continues to bash the successful Twitch streamers. They make good bank , they aren't literally asking folks repeatedly to pay the bills and they are happy. Phil judging from this is only happy when Kat makes him food and cleans. I mean that seems to be what his happiness relies on. Its not playing games and having fun. Its not the folks who comment and support him.

The only happiness he has if he's getting food and cleaning done. Because he's miserable playing a lot of games now. He's miserable thinking of the money those folks make and he's not. Its sad but this seems to be his life.

Phil claims he has depression sometimes when he can't hide his shitty behavior, but I think he just can't admit he doesn't enjoy his job and life.

He's clearly miserable but it's not because of depression, it's because he hates streaming and playing games and getting shit on by the internet for being a jackass.

The only way for Phil to actually be positive and whatever other dumb catch phrases he wants to use is to retire from streaming.

But he won't (and can't) so he's stuck in a hell he created.

I love his logic of "if i'm not happy playing videogames then no one is, and those people who seem to enjoy it are just acting". Shows how much he hates playing videogames.

Another bright example of why you just can't even feel pity for this guy.

Food is one of the few things he still cares about these days. Look at how often he is talking about dinner or how excited he gets when he talks about his soulmaid cooking him meals. His life is so boring that the only rush he truly feels these days is when his heart has to work overtime to pump his blood through his clogged up arteries. But despite his love of food, I wouldn't say he really has any knowledge about it, he kinds just word vomits things he has heard on TV that he thinks make him sound educated, while doing that stupid lip smacking that people do on TV when they are overacting on tasting something because he thinks it makes him taste better. That isn't even mentioning his taste profile, but if you wanted to see that, you just have to look to his Authentic Italian Diabetes Sauce, or AIDS for short.

Do you know what they would do to you if you brought that shit to Foggia? Sheeeeeeet.

I love how Phil re-tweeted this, after people were slamming him in the comments about his late night "I aint getting no underwear time" rant.

Nice damage control, jackass. It's not like posting this conflicts with everything you just said...

"DBZF is an 'abortion' that the developers should be ashamed and embarrassed that they made and ANYONE who says otherwise is a money grubbing, ass kissing, attention seeking WHORE...........*reads comments*..........but only the PS4 version! Otherwise, the game is great and I LOVE it to death!!!"

He keeps saying "Muh girlfriend" instead of just saying Kat. And yeah he mentioned doing a charity drive for his april taxes lmao. Does he not set aside cash for his taxes? this guy man.

Looks like he was tweeting about DBZ around 4am.

Like I said before at least Leanna was known as Leanna, my girlfriend and not just my girlfriend. He really does remind me of back when you're 14 and your friend gets his first girlfriend and won't shut up about her. Except he's almost 36.

Phil just doesn't believe he needs to learn anymore. Not from other people, books, tutorials, forums, etc. The man has reached a point where he feels he is at his apex and nothing more needs to be taught to him. It's a core pillar of his being and there is nothing that will make him flinch from that belief. It's why he derives such inaccurate reviews or assessments and breezes past tutorials; he has seen all and knows all. His Ask The King in itself is a great example because people ask him questions and he answers them as if he's a subject matter expert. He uses a logical fallacy of speaking to authority, or that because he's older and plays games all the time, he knows the answers. He truly believes he does not need to learn anymore.

On another note, I don't know what's sadder: Phil needing to do a charity drive for something he knows that comes every year; or people that give him money for it?

Well Phil has the mentality of a 14 year old so not really surprised. But showing off his girlfriend like he does is either to spite Leanna who probably doesnt give two shits about him so it is pointless. Or the fact the detractors got in his head and he needs to prove to them that he does have a girlfriend and not an escort named Kimberlie.

The charity drive thing really gets to me, because that's like a new low. I didnt really get angry over him until he really ramped up the scumbag behavior over this past winter. Every other streamer who does the charity thing, at least actually does it for charity. Whether it's good will or virtue signaling, whether or not they get a cut, whether the charity is a "good one" or it's going to a good cause, it's ostensibly not for them.

I bet this motherfucker asks his "tax attorney" if he can write off all the money he gets because "it's charity".
