Like I said before at least Leanna was known as Leanna, my girlfriend and not just my girlfriend. He really does remind me of back when you're 14 and your friend gets his first girlfriend and won't shut up about her. Except he's almost 36.

Phil is entirely incapable of understanding that anyone is really real, except for him. Am pretty sure he is not entirely clear on the idea women can even be people.

Either they have fibre optic internet, which almost no one has

Is that directly sourced from Phil? Because goddamn, Fibre Optics are not hard to get - even I have that shit!

The man has reached a point where he feels he is at his apex and nothing more needs to be taught to him.

Then he has reached his apex and he's literally that shit at video games.

I bet this motherfucker asks his "tax attorney" if he can write off all the money he gets because "it's charity".
"Hello tax accountant slash tax attorney, *snort* I wanna know, okay, if all the bitstipsandcheers raised in my 'save the house' charity drive could be written off as a charitable donation to the Washington Department of Revenue fund."

@neger psykolog so something interesting caught my eye while reading through this article.

https://dotesports.com/culture/news/phantoml0rd-twitch-lawsuit-21198/amp

TL;DR A huge former twitch streamer, phantomlord, is suing twitch for breaching contract and failing on there own ToS.

What is interesting is PhantomLord's contract had some statements that seem to suggest a seperate set of rules for Partnered Streamers in general
According to the suit, Twitch employees repeatedly told Varga that his content was not in breach of the terms of service—specifically his gambling on stream. Varga also alleges that his partnership agreement with Twitch required notice of any terms of service breach, and a 30-day grace period to correct the violation.

There seems to be a sort of Partnership agreement to which gives Partnered Twitch streamers 30 day grace periods to correct issues if any occur. Also, as per usual of TwitchTV and there constant Nepotism/Crony practices. There were mix up's of various different staff members confusing his partnership management team(apparently twitchtv also has MGMs like youtube does i.e. Machinima) by suggesting its sort of okay to gamble on twitch while others flat out denied it.
Varga believed gambling to be permissible on the platform based on communication with partnerships manager Jason "Opie" Babo. The filing includes messages from Babo in May 2016, where Babo expressed confusion at the current rules around gambling content on Twitch but did suggest that Varga not gamble for more than a few minutes at a time to avoid issues. Babo has since left Twitch, joining ESL in December 2017.

I think it is safe to say that it's quite possible the reason DSP is "untouchable" on twitchtv is that he is managed on his partnership and also, gets 30 day grace periods before twitch throws any type of hammer down to correct his ways. This also explains how his fundraiser did not cost him his channel.

"Phil felt the need to delete the Twitch vod and clips after the stream, as in to hide his unrecorded rants. So here they are with the start and end of his matches."

:story:

BurntoutPhil strikes again. He just doesn't like games and you can tell he's not having fun anymore. You just have to watch a video from 2011 and compare it to now and the vibe is just different overall. I've checked and the last game he enjoyed was Batman the Enemy Within which was 3 weeks ago. He seems to be enjoying Secret of Mana but might viewquit it. I think a good way to bug him would be on twitter to say Secret of Mana is bad and he's just a shill who's saying its good for views and money and that nobody should believe him because he's not being ahnest he's just saying positive stuff for money, basically a turn around of his DBFZ stuff.

The last game he enjoyed before Batman was LA Noire Remastered which was almost 2 months ago. Everything else he's either found boring and gave up on it or he's hated and shit all over it. Also holy shit he plays a ton of PUBG and skips so many new releases now. Its like he doesn't even try, he skips around 2 - 3 new releases a week for PUBG now, a game he says he doesn't like. He's not hyped for new games anymore, if he was he'd try them instead of constantly going back to old games (He's done more replays than new release games in 2018, I guess he just auto viewquits them.)

People always ask him why he goes through so much shit and financial issues instead of just getting a regular job which would be more financially secure and he'd always say "because I love what I do! I don't wanna stop doing it, its much better than a regular job! I don't wanna wake up and do something I don't wanna do for a living." Well, now he says he doesn't like PUBG but he has to do it as thats all people watch. So that's him waking up and doing something he doesn't wanna do for a living.

The rides over, it's done. Gaming has changed and he hasn't caught up, it's finally happened. He just doesn't like modern gaming. He doesn't enjoy what he does and he's doing it for the money and he's burnt out and its clear he doesn't like what he does anymore and doesn't like gaming in general. BurntOutPhil.

He couldn't fix his behaviours in "9 years and counting" so what does 30 days matter, I ask.

Alright lets use the Fundraiser event he did recently as a example.

Dsp runs a charity event for his taxes. Pisses alot of people off. Twitch tells him not to do it again. He has 30 days to show he will not attempt that behavior again. Twitch Staff continue to change there minds as per usual. Causes confusion.

The salt on display is amazing
He starts making excuses that in a REALISTIC game, rifles wouldn't have the range they have here.

Okay, sounds realistic. But in between there will be a vlog where Phil "does not exxagerate" that Twitch "literally" said they will destroy his house with a sledgehammer and burn all his games, which also sounds realistic. Nah, I don't really think Phil will get in trouble even so he will break a lot more rules because he's Phil. Only hope remains.

I was watching video of Phil's last DBFZ matches and the reason he gets bodied is because he literally does one combo all game. It's the same thing he was doing in MVCI. Also he bitched about delay when one of his matches was 2 frames. That's less delay than SFV offline...

Well starting today, Twitch is taking off website content "very seriously". It has cause alittle bit of a shakeup with tons of partnered streamers leaving the site before the Boot comes. Whether or not DSP eats the dust on Twitch is in the air but I doubt he will anytime soon. It will take a major fuck up like literal porn on his channel playing accidentally or him targeting another bigger streamer and harassing them in the process.

Time will tell all

He has 1 combo for every character he plays as in every fighting game. When he does it, it's skillfull combo. when others do it, it's a scrub tactic.

I noticed that too it's either that Android combo with the low kick and powerbomb into the super or the Trunks with the couple of kicks with the burning attack/gotenks kamikaze oh or the Gotenks super donut so predictable.

No, that's just all of his characters. Goku Launcher, combo, launcher combo knockdown super. Trunks, launcher combo launcher combo knockdown super. ad nauseum

Phil really is tarded.
