Interesting things from today's stream...
Phil addressed the stabbing rumor in prestream and noted that none of it was true. Take that for what it's worth. I think it's possible - people think Phil wouldn't have pulled a knife in aggression, but I could see him pulling it in defense to a perceived threat, and then running to the bathroom to cry (keep in mind, he has axes all over his house). That said, I think it's false on the grounds that there is no way we would not have heard about this before. Phil didn't seem to phased when talking about it either.
Now on stream, Phil is repeatedly failing the Catalina tanker mission while attempting to cheese it by killing the pursuers. Quality gameplay. But while doing it, replied to Infinite in the stream chat saying that he was 'pretty sure' he was talking to Infinite via email last night about the statues. He isn't sure because 'the sent emails are now out of my mailbox', but he is pretty sure it was him.
So for those who are convinced Phil is hitting the gin this seems to confirm that. How do you not recall if you were having an email conversation about selling statues to someone just the night before? Phil isn't brokering that many statue deals, let's be real here. But if he were plastered...
